Very well built and easy to install. It is a very clean design for anyone who wants a light on their Mossberg.

First impression? The design seamlessly fits the Mossberg, maintaining its original ribbed look. Notably, adding this flashlight doesn't alter the shotgun's core functionality; it remains the same pump-action 12 gauge we all know. The TL Racker boasts a robust 1,000 lumens with both on/off and momentary modes. Unique to this design, it has three switches on each side of the Streamlight logo, ensuring easy access no matter your grip. It's powered by two CR123 batteries. Installation? A breeze. After ensuring my shotgun was cleared and removing all ammo, I started by taking off the magazine tube nut and the barrel. I removed the factory forend, slid on the Streamlight forend, and tightened everything back up. Quick and straightforward! Now, the real test – firing with the light on. From about 15 yards out, I fired at an Infinity Target, ensuring the light didn't switch off with each shot. Success! No glitches whatsoever. In conclusion, the TL Racker flashlight is a fantastic addition to my home defense Mossberg 590, especially during nighttime. It eliminates the hassle of managing both a shotgun and a flashlight.

Professional company. Great CSR & Tech support. This Streamlight Racker will fit a Mossberg 500 Persuader as long as your rifle has a 7 3/4” action. (Verified with Streamlight & Mossberg) Forend feels ergonomically good and solid. Pressure switch is easy to operate (ambidextrous). Light throws a nice compact beam. Light output is very good. Instalation Is very easy and only takes about 10’ (remove castle nut - slide OEM or other forend off - slide Surefire forend onto action - install castle nut - note: a shotgun forend removal tool will expedite removal/installation but not required)

Easy to install. Looks just like the picture and the videos. Is very bright. Way brighter than I had expected. Works just like it should...

I recently purchased the Mossberg TL Racker from Mountsplus. I have been wanting a flashlight forend for my shotgun for some time now and I usually only buy streamlight. For a while I could only find surefire forends which I believe are too bulky in my opinion. Finally streamlight made a shotgun forend light and I decided to pull the trigger and make the purchase. I searched online to see if I could find a good price and Mountsplus had the best price TL Racker I could find. I will admit I was a little hesitant to make the purchase cause I have never heard of this website. After I bought the light I got an email saying it was not in stock and had to be back ordered. Customer service was extremely helpful and stayed in contact with me the whole time regularly updating me on the orders status. Once the product finally shipped I was surprised to how fast I received the forend. As I stated before this was my first experience with this company but they have definitely earned my future business and I highly recommend them.

i have not had to use this yet, but it is installed and feels right. i considered other light mount technology that was clamp, bolt on, or rail, but this one seemed right. i learned about this item from a review on ammoland.com. the light is powerful enough to overpower the sight of anyone looking at it. the slide body has light control on both sides, both momentary and on/off. i was able to remove the slide retaining castle nut without special tools but your case may require either the tool or help from a smith. my application will be to use this with an 18" barrel at my home for beehive defense on black bear. in the spring and summer, they test my patience. i don't use lethal force, rather blanks and rubber slugs to deter them - once is usually enough. but going out at night with no or in low light is a humbling experience if all you have is sound to go on - but not anymore! i could of course use lethal force, but there's no need for that as they are just being bears. i'm happy to save that for the fall.

Geat product. Very easy to install on my Mossberg 500 after watching a Youtube video. I like tje functionality to the Streamlight TL 4 Racker over installing/attaching a tactical light. I would definitely recommend the purchase of this product to add to your homedefense shotgun.

My humble opinion, this is the best way to get a light on a Mossberg 500. I like the light; it's more than adequate for target identification indoors and outdoors at realistic distances. I have no doubt it will exceed my needs.

The Streamlight TL Racker Mossberg is sturdy, well made forend. Bright beam, with easy on/ off switch.

An excellent light/pump combo! I put this on my TAC-14 fits and functions perfectly. The only thing I forgot to order was the tool required to remove the pump. Dont forget that
