The Streamlight Stylus Pro is a high-quality item, well-constructed with durable high-strength aluminum. Compared to other flashlights I've owned, it feels much sturdier. The light it provides is extremely bright, making it a great tool for any task. On the downside, the on/off button has a tight spring and requires a strong thumb to operate. Additionally, the bright light also tends to quickly drain the batteries. Despite these small drawbacks, I like the Streamlight Stylus Pro and even purchased a second one as a backup.

I've only had the Streamlight Stylus Pro for a short time, but so far, it has performed well. At first, I was skeptical about the positive reviews the brand receives, but since it was on a holiday special (which seems to happen every year), I decided to take a chance. I've been using rechargeable Eneloops (IKEA-branded) in it and the output is comparable to alkaline batteries without the worry of leakage. I use it several times a week, mainly at work to inspect instruments and for tinkering at home, and it continues to impress me. There's nothing flashy about it, but I can see why the brand has so many fans.

The Streamlight Stylus Pro is a bright and compact flashlight that serves its purpose. However, I did not give it a 5-star rating due to the difficulty of using the on/off button. It is incredibly hard to press and initially, I thought I had to hold it down to turn on the light. I finally figured out how to make it click and stay on. Now that I know how hard I need to press it, I can use it easily. I decided to test my wife's experience with the flashlight and didn't tell her about the button's stiffness. At first, she couldn't even turn it on. After I informed her about the button's difficulty, she managed to press it down using two fingers. She commented that she wouldn't use it because it doesn't work properly. I considered returning it and finding a different one, but since it's cheap enough, I'll just keep it.

The Streamlight Stylus Pro is a compact and reliable flashlight that embodies the dependability and resilience that I have come to expect from Streamlight products. Although I usually prefer black, I was only able to find it in blue at the time. Nevertheless, the blue color is beautiful and I don't regret my limited choice. When it comes to performance, I wasn't looking for a 500 or 1000 lumen model. I wanted a handy light source that wasn't too bright. While there are small flashlights that deliver a lot of light, they can come with a few drawbacks, such as shortened battery life or discomfort from heat generated during continuous use. The Stylus Pro is just as its name implies - a convenient tool for everyday use. It provides 8 hours of continuous light before switching to a strobe pattern, signaling that it's time for new AAA batteries. The best part is that the battery source is affordable. I read some reviews that mentioned difficulty with the tailcap switch, claiming that it was very stiff. While it is on the firmer side, I found it manageable. It may vary from person to person. My switch worked well and required a bit more effort to activate continuous use, but it was not overly strenuous. A strong switch should lead to a long lifespan. As always, the delivery was prompt and the package was well-designed and protective.

I now carry the Streamlight Stylus Pro with me every day, keeping it in my pants pocket. It has come in handy several times, providing light when I need it and helping me search for dropped items. The size is just right, and it provides ample light. It runs on just two standard AAA batteries, which is convenient. While I wish there was a version with even brighter light, I understand that would increase the cost and drain the batteries faster. So, it's a trade-off. For everyday use, the Streamlight Stylus Pro is my top choice. It would also make an effective defensive tool.

I ended up buying three of them, which cost me less than my original penlight and they have a slimmer design and a lifetime warranty. I keep one in my toolbox, one by my nightstand, and gave one to a friend as a gift. This was a win-win-win situation. If you're looking for a high-quality light source, I highly recommend getting the Streamlight Stylus Pro while you still can. Products this good don't last long on the market.

I was a little worried about the .5 watt LED at first. But this thing really throws out the light for its size. I work a night shift, and a good flashlight that you can stick in your teeth is super handy. The light doesn't "Halo" like incandescent bulbs; the light is super white and almost the ideal compromise between flood and spot. I haven't dropped it yet (and hope I don't), but it seems really well constructed — excellent light for the money.

Always wanted to EDC a flashlight, but thought it would be too bulky to do so. Now I carry one all the time, and it's no problem. Quicker to get out than your phone camera, and bright enough to use in the dark on a farm in the middle of nowhere. Sincerely. I was illuminating trees 100 yards away pretty fast. It's small, but it is a real flashlight. I wish I had thought to take a photo of how much it can light up a dark field. People laugh and say, "why do you carry a flashlight" until they try to find something in the dark with their phone. Then they ask where to buy one. It's also remarkably sturdy. I live in North Dakota, and due to the pen pocket I was keeping it in on my pants, it slipped out twice as I exited my car and spent 15 or so hours laying in the snow in -20f with no issues. I also use it as a little pry bar and hammer failry frequently. Many of dings on the finish now. Wish I could give it 20 stars. The best part is it is affordable enough to replace should you lose it.
