After putting it off for a while due to my preference for double-stacked Glock 9mm magazines, I recently purchased my first Glock 43. As a novice, I was concerned about the limited 6-round capacity and potential accuracy issues due to the gun's small size. However, my worries were put to rest when I discovered Fab Defense's PLUS 4 extension for the Glock 43. As a fan of Fab Defense's products for my AR15 builds, I was intrigued by their Glock product and decided to purchase the Davidson's Edition Glock 43 in Stars & Stripes FDE. At the range, I was initially surprised by the accuracy and control of the stock Glock 43, but my fears were confirmed when my grip started to feel loose and inconsistent after firing 100 rounds. This is where the Fab Defense glock 43 mag extension plus 4 came in and saved the day. With the extension attached, my grip was instantly transformed, becoming rock-solid and consistent. I was able to shoot tight, consistent groups and even found that the built-in side serrations made for advanced control during magazine removal. What's more, the Fab Defense glock 43 mag extension plus 4 allows for an extra 4 rounds, providing much-needed firepower in a self-defense scenario. Additionally, the extension's notch provides a perfect fit for a normal-sized hand like mine, allowing my full pinky to grip the gun securely. This is in contrast to other grip extensions with straight, smooth edges that offer less capacity and a less secure grip. With the glock 43 mag extension, my Glock 43 now drops free, solving an issue with the stock mags that tended to hang up. Overall, I highly recommend the Fab Defense glock 43 magazine extension to anyone considering a Glock 43. It not only provides crucial extra capacity but also improves grip and accuracy for a much more effective and enjoyable shooting experience.

For me, The Fab glock 43 mag extension plus 4 have been faultless. The fitting and finishing are excellent, with no rattling or pinching. They make the grip feel like a full Gen 5 (without finger grooves!), and their overall length is similar to a G17 when installed. To use them, you simply snap, clip, or clamp the extended baseplate onto an OEM G43 magazine, which has a separate internally sprung baseplate. It's possible that they could work with a Magguts +1 for an 11+1 capacity, but I prefer to stick with a 10+1 capacity. Although they are a bit pricier than the ETS clear polymer magazines (since you need an OEM magazine donor), they are still my preferred extended magazine until X-grips releases an extension cover. The cost difference is only one or two boxes of ammo, so I'm not too concerned about it.

Great little Glock 43 mag extender. I had a little trouble getting the last two bullets in at first, but working it in it fit just fine. I would recommend it as a backup magazine, and for the price, you can’t beat it cause it brings the spring too.

Add some extra rounds to your magazine and add additional finger support. Great for your backup magazine. A little tricky to install but take your time.

I love this Glock 43 mag extension for concealing. Having those extra rounds could come in handy. The added weight and size helps you shoot better and faster on target.

I bought one of the FAB defense Glock 43 mag extension to try, it worked well, and I bought three more. All work great. Instructions are adequate and not difficult to install. A little extra capacity is worth the money.

Great little G43 mag extension. Easy to install once you get the factory base off the clip. The last round is real tight and may loosen up with time since it was a brand new magazine.

Plus 4 on a G43 gives 10 +1. I already had different sights and trigger, it shoots great. But I didn't want to trade in for a Sig 365. Now I don't have to. I carry a +1 finger rest, with the plus 4as backup. The function was flawless; I shot a few full mags and will do more...but so far, no issues. The extended grip is a welcome addition as well. I do not think this Glock 43 extended mag can be beaten for the price vs. gain in capacity.

Idk what everyone is talking about +3. I’ve bought 4 of these +4 base plates and I’ve had no issues whatsoever; I can load ten rounds no problem. But this is exactly what the G43 needed. So now my G43 holds 10+1. Thank you, guys I had to put it on every one of my Glock mags

I purchased a +4 extension with the included magazine, and two +4 extensions to mod my current magazines. The follower in the factory assembled +4 magazines was different and allowed for a 10th round. The +4 extensions I installed myself would only allow 9 rounds. I was able to file down one of the followers enough to allow the 10th round, but this fix felt lame; and unsatisfying. The best fix I found was to order the G43 +1 spring and follower kit from Magguts. This worked better than filing down the follower and allowed for a tight 11th round! That's right, a G43 that can hold 12 rounds with one in the tube!

They look great and add 4 more rounds to my Glock 43. This was very easy to do and now makes the Glock 43 much more efficient.

How I fixed the tight last round in extended magazines. The factory follower has a wide lip around the bottom that will hang up the spring when using the extended magazine. After I filed a 60-degree angle around the lip toward the inside of the follower, it allowed the spring to slide into place so not to hang up. This worked well with the E.M.P + 2 ENHANCED MAGAZINE PLATE. So when the last round is inserted there should be a spring downward of about 1/16 to 1/8th when done. I hope this helped; it worked great for 3 of my magazines. A must-buy for extra two rounds.
