I purchased this item for my WASR-10/63. It only took about 15 minutes and it was installed. Fits perfectly. Now I can install a fore grip. I would recommend to all. No gunsmith required.

This is a great ak quad rail, good quality material, very solid and easy to install; as long as you have a vise handy. I didn’t use the left side rail, for better grip space. Will eventually get a light and maybe fore grip.

The FAB Defense AK-47 Quad Rail Polymer Handguard is a great option for those looking to upgrade their Combloc weapon. Although there is no "snap on" part that requires no adjustments, this is common for the AK-47 given the variety of countries that have copied the Russian design and the compliance with 922r regulations. The handguard is made from reinforced glass fiber polymer and can be easily sanded for a custom fit. No instructions are provided, but there are plenty of videos on Youtube that show the process of removing a handguard. The handguard comes with integrated top and bottom rails, and two side rails that can be added or not depending on personal preference. The polymer material is lightweight and offers excellent cooling compared to aluminum handguards. While there are systems with integrated scope mounts available, the author still prefers polymer for its light weight and heat resistance. Overall, the FAB Defense AK-47 Quad Rail Polymer Handguard is the best option for a handguard upgrade.

Came fast, fits good and does the job

It fit my Romanian ak47 very well. Seems to be solid-doesn't seem to move or shake like other front grips. Be prepared to feild strip your rifle to install completely. It made my old skool ak into a complete out tactical rifle. I went with dark earth to match my buttstock. Added a green laser and flashlight, ready for when TSHTF...

It takes some fitting, but once installed; they are rock solid with no "rocking". The overall appearance is excellent as well. The molded plastic seems very strong, and there is a grove in the upper rail, which allows you to use your Iron sights still.

Way better than stock parts. Its large empty area around the barrel will almost certainly prevent any melting. Along with all the ventilation ports, it seems most unlikely. Mine arrived with real rails, not the ones in the picture. This is good because it allows for greater adjustability in mounting accessories. A Lil tight-fitting, but that's a good thing. No modification was needed. All in all, I am very pleasantly surprised at how good it fits. And the fact that it looks good is just a bonus. It is highly recommended.

The AK handguard rail system from FAB Defense was better than I had expected. After removing my original WASR 10's wooden handguards, installing the polymer replacements took just a matter of minutes. The new AK handguard looks excellent, and I can attach many accessories to the rail system. I already have a vertical foregrip and a flashlight attached. This handguard is an AK Accessories I would recommended.
