What People are saying about Vortex Pro Series Rings

Vortex, yeah, buy them!

I picked up these rings to pair up with a new Vortex scope on my 30-06. They work great and since I used a little locktight on the screw threads, they haven't backed out at all. Great rings, good price, fast shipping... now I need them to point me toward a nice big elk!

Fantastic Tactical Scope Rings! Just bought a second set.

The torque specs on the rings are beneficial. I put a bit of blue loctite on each screw and they've been solid with no movement. I'm very happy and just bought a second set for another rifle.

Solid rings

Installed on a Ruger American Hunter in .308 Win. The scope is a Leupold VX-3i LRP 30mm Tube 6.5-20x 50mm. I have fired 40 rounds so far and everything is holding up well. Five 3-shot groups at 100 and all sub-MOA. Stretched out to 600 on steel and all good. I purchased the Low height rings and still have about 3/8" clearance between scope bell and barrel.

Taking Precision to the next level

I used these to mount a Bushnell Rimfire BDC scope to a Ruger Rimfire Precision Rifle. Precision is the key theme, the white letter torq specifications, and scope centerline to pica-tinny rail dimensional printed right on the rings really adds to the Precision concept, not to mention two rail mounting screws per ring instead of the usual one, also add to the Precision theme. Mounting the rings to the rail, and just laying the scope into the rings, the scope liked these rings so well, it didn't want to let go, and the top halves were not on yet. They definitely quality manufactured rings, and probably the best I have ever used.

Rocket

Good and well machined

I had previously bought these vortex riflescope rings and liked them, so I ordered again in a different height. The rings have the torque specs imprinted on them and it makes it simple to install correctly. The machining is very good and hard coated so they'll last a long time. I would recommend oiling the screws before installation so they will not gall and strip out the threads. I don't add locktite or locking compounds because I have found they don't loosen on my rifles, some are magnum and hard recoiling and have not had any loosening so far. I would definitely buy again because they are relatively inexpensive too. Good luck and good shooting.

Quality rings that don't break the bank.

These are nice 30mm Scope rings. Not the lightest ones out there but they feel solid. Torque specs are listed right on the rings. It's a small touch but when reassembling to saves from having to look around for the packaging you probably forgot to save or having to google it. The screws are also all the same size so you won't find you've put small ones where larger ones were supposed to go or vice-versa.

Best riflescope rings for the money!

These are the best riflescope rings you can buy short of spending well over 100 dollars. They are very high quality. I use the on everything from my hunting rifles to my precision rifles. The machine work is second to none. They mount scopes Rick solid without damaging the scope body. Torque them to the spec on the rings. You'll be happy with the results.
