I am a fan of the Vortex Pro Series Rings. I have never needed to lap them, according to the factory, although it is an option if desired. I pair these rings with a top-quality aluminum base. I only use the aluminum Pro Series Rings for calibers up to 30:06. For calibers above that, I opt for steel rings and bases. I highly recommend these rings, but for optimal performance, make sure to use a torque wrench when mounting.

My inch-pound torque wrench broke and I damaged the rail-tightening clamp. Vortex sent me new parts free of charge and without any hassle. This is the second time I have used their warranty, and both experiences have been excellent. I always purchase Vortex for their scopes, rings, rangefinders, and binoculars. They offer great products and the best customer service and warranty in the industry.

Additionally, I made the mistake of measuring the height of the objective bottom to the tube bottom, instead of the objective divided by two. When I reached out to customer service for advice and to see if I could exchange for higher rings, I was pleasantly surprised. The phone rang once and someone answered immediately. I received the necessary guidance and was transferred to another service line to set up the exchange. Again, the phone rang once and was answered promptly. The company offered to ship the correct height rings to me and even included a return label for the previous rings, without me having to pay for shipping. I am truly impressed by this level of efficiency and customer service. This company has moved up on my list, and I will likely make future purchases from them, unless there are specific requirements otherwise."

I purchased these mounts and a mounting rail for my bolt-action hunting rifle. Despite being able to install everything, I soon discovered that scope rail systems are only suitable for assault rifles and not traditional bolt-action rifles. I struggled to align my rifle and scope. If you're mounting a scope on a bolt-action rifle, it's best to use the conventional two-ring scope mount system specifically designed for your rifle.

Compared to products from PA, Weaver, and China, these mounts come at a higher price point, but the quality difference is noticeable upon handling. Unlike Seekins rings and some more premium Vortex rings, these mounts are not serialized in pairs, but I don't believe that slight variance in ring alignment will impact the performance of my $500 LPVO scope. With these mounts, I can enjoy high-end quality without doubling my investment. I also appreciate the Torx screw attachment to the rail as opposed to a finger nut, ensuring a secure fit when tightened with a torque driver to the recommended specifications. I highly recommend these mounts.

I installed these vortex optics pro series riflescope rings on a Henry Long Ranger equipped with a Pic rail for a Vortex scope. The only downside is that a wrench is not included, so you'll need to bring your own tools. Fortunately, I had all the necessary wrenches. The quality of the mounts is outstanding, they fit perfectly and securely held the scope in place. Although I'm a big fan of Henry rifles, their customer service for parts like these leaves something to be desired. I had underestimated the difficulty of setting up this rifle. The Pic rail came from Henry and these mounts worked seamlessly with it. I highly recommend these mounts without hesitation."

These are the best rings you can buy short of spending well over 100 dollars. They are very high quality. I use the on everything from my hunting rifles to my precision rifles. The machine work is second to none. They mount scopes Rick solid without damaging the scope body. Torque them to the spec on the rings. You'll be happy with the results.

I used these to mount a Bushnell Rimfire BDC scope to a Ruger Rimfire Precision Rifle. Precision is the key theme, the white letter torq specifications, and scope centerline to pica-tinny rail dimensional printed right on the rings really adds to the Precision concept, not to mention two rail mounting screws per ring instead of the usual one, also add to the Precision theme. Mounting the rings to the rail, and just laying the scope into the rings, the scope liked these rings so well, it didn't want to let go, and the top halves were not on yet. Definitely quality manufactured rings, and probably the best I have ever used.

I picked up these rings to pair up with a new Vortex scope on my 30-06. They work great and since I used a little lock tight on the screw threads, they haven't backed out. Great rings, reasonable price, fast shipping... now I need them to point me toward a nice big elk!

I have used these rings now for two different riffles (6.5creed), and they are incredible. These are a great value. These are the rings I buy whenever I get a new gun. I love them

I purchased these Vortex Pro series low rings to mount a Leupold 2-7x33mm scope on a Ruger 10/22 using a Tactical Solutions Picatinny base. These rings are well made, lightweight, and rugged. Using two screws to clamp each ring to the bottom makes for a rock-solid mounting solution (two extra screws are included should you ever lose one). The aluminum construction of these rings perfectly complements the 10/22's lightweight design without compromising durability. As a bonus, these rings are made in the USA. You really can't go wrong at this price point.

I got these rings to got along with the Vortex II Crossfire rimfire scope for my Ruger 10/22. Definitely better rings than I have used in the past. Heavy duty with torque settings marked on the rings. I didn't care for the way these attached to my Ruger Picatinny rail as they didn't seem to fit quite right mounting to the rail. They did go on securely though didn't seem to grab far enough down on the rail, like the arms were a tad short for the rail. After doing some digging around, I think that the "Picatinny" rail may actually be a Ruger wannabe and actually be a Weaver.
