Customer Ratings & Reviews
Targets are the best
These targets are simply fantastic. They make it easy to see your shots even from a distance, and this particular packaging offers the most cost-effective way to purchase them. You can either buy a pack of six large 8" targets or opt for these smaller ones to get more targets for your money. With these targets, you can easily keep your shots within a 3" group, which means that the rest of the 8" target will go to waste. Overall, these targets are an excellent choice for anyone looking for high-quality targets that offer great visibility and value for money.
Nice targets
I'm a big fan of these self-adhesive targets from BC. They're perfect for creating your own target sheets using inexpensive 11 x 14 white paper that you can easily find at any craft store. These 3 inch targets are a bit small, so I would recommend using them for distances under 30 feet. However, they also offer 6 inch targets that are great for pistol shooting at the range. The best feature of these targets is that they change color upon impact, allowing you to easily see where each round has landed. This is especially beneficial for those with less-than-perfect vision. Overall, these targets are a fantastic choice for creating customized target sheets and providing clear feedback on your aim.
Great patches
These patches are highly effective for repairing targets. The 3" circle size provides excellent coverage around the bullseye, reducing the need for too many black dots to cover outliers. The sheet contains two sizes of black dots - smaller ones for pellets and 22 caliber, and larger ones for 38 caliber and below. However, 45 caliber might require some touch-ups around the edges on a reactive target. To fix this, the writer recommends using a large black magic marker, which works well for the purpose. Overall, these patches are a great choice for target patching and offer a variety of sizes to accommodate different calibers.
Use with a cheap paper plate
This is a review of a product that the writer finds helpful for improving their aim in shooting. Initially, their trainer taught them to use cheap paper plates to aim for the center of mass in the chest of their opponent. However, the writer found that it was difficult to tell if they hit the center point of aim on the paper plate. To address this issue, they started using bullseye targets in the center of the paper plate to improve their aiming. They are now able to see when they've made a center hit, and are happy if they can get nine out of ten rounds in the paper plate, depending on the distance. They are even happier if four or five of the rounds hit the bullseye target. The writer uses different sizes of this product depending on the shooting distance, and also likes the little black tabs that come with the product, which can be used to cover previous shots. Overall, the writer thinks this is a great product for improving aim in shooting.
I use these for pistol and can see .45 holes easily at 50 yds.
I use these for pistol and can see .45 holes easily at 50 yds. When shooting rifle, I'll post 4 of them on the orders of a back board and punch out the numbers at 200 yds with a 4x scope. Works great.
I just tried these out as opposed to the regular paper
I just tried these out as opposed to the regular paper I had been using. These things are very practical. I can easily use the self-adhesive to attach them to scrap boxes, and it is great to see where you hit from a distance—highly recommended.
instant gratification
These pistol reactive targets Shows where you hit in bright "slime green" color. I use it for air gun shooting. If you're consistent with tight groups, you will need to change replace targets frequently. unfortunately, I don't have this problem ;-)
what can I say that hasn't been said?
not a first timer with Shoot N C Targets, they are good, and on those shooting ranges where you have to wait to go check your targets, these are a must have. if you are going to use them on top of another target, make sure the measurements match the size of the base target, so you don't affect the zones for scoring.
shoot n c targets
These are the best targets for quick acquisition shooting. I put a couple of them spaced out on a more substantial paper silhouette target, and that way, you can acquire and shoot multiple targets quickly and see if you are hitting your mark. Not the best targets for new shooters as they are pretty small, and if you aren't hitting the target, it can be hard to tell where you are missing.
pistol reactive targets
I always use adhesive targets when I shoot pistols at the indoor range, make it a lot more fun. Sometimes I shoot at 6" targets and other times these 3" targets that train me to be more accurate. They allow me to see where the hits are immediate because of the splatter effect. Just peel & they adhere to a paper target: quick shipping and reasonable price.
I always buy Shoot-n-c targets
I have been using shoot NC targets for years. Easy to see .22 holes at 25 yards.....even for eyes that have been shooting for 60+ years. The only drawback is that with .38 wadcutters, they make such a big mark that it's hard to distinguish two holes that are close together.
Great reactive targets for practice and lessons!!
I use shoot n c targets all the time for my handgun practice and sighting in my handgun and for shooting lessons. The hits show up well and give instant feedback for target correction!!! High quality and excellent adhesion to the target board, plywood, etc.!!!!
