I use these for pipeline ROW viewing. I can read milepost markers very quickly at 1000', I'll use these for Pipeline ROW Inspections when access to properties is limited and use for viewing any activity being done on the ROWs. Because these are just a touch bigger than compact binoculars, I can hold these more steady when viewing something a long way off, unlike compact binoculars that are very hard to hold steady when viewing at long distances. Images of wildlife are super clear, 3-400 yards away. The eyecups are of better quality than my Nikon 5 binoculars by far. You can't beat this kind of quality, for this price point with a respectable lifetime warranty..

The sharpness and detail you get with these Bono's are second to none. Every bit as good as Bono's, double the price. I can't find anything I don't like about them! Made in USA and guaranteed for life. How could you go wrong?

I just wrapped up my first elk hunt in Meeker, CO. Outfitter suggested bringing 10 x 42 binos, brought Vortex Vipers, and WOW. I never experienced eye fatigue during hours of glassing on four days of hunting. Excellent optical quality for the money, lightweight, and sharp focus. Five hunters, five bulls due to outstanding outfitter service. All first-timers. Bring good binos, necessary for success!
