The Streamlight 18650 USB Battery (2 Pack) provides an alternate power source for newer Streamlight products that accept either standard CR123A lithium batteries or 18650 batteries. It features an integrated safety circuit that protects from overcharging or over-discharging — the 18650 battery with integrated micro USB port charges in 5 hours. A wide variety of power sources can be used, such as a PC, power pack, or 12VDC automotive power.

Batteries failed on me

Both batteries are in a pro tac flashlight mounted on a Thorntail mount on an AK with an Ultimak. I don’t know if these batteries can’t handle AK heat but they both failed me once the gun heats up a bit. Perhaps just a fluke as I can’t find anything on this problem.

These are the best battery tech yet. I have 8 of these battery's around home and work. I have several flashlights that they fit in, and there's also 1 in my midlands weather. I use one compatible flashlight at work on a regular basis, and it lasts up to 3 days with heavy use. Then I pop in another 1, plug dead one into USB, and ready to go again. These can charge on a USB from a computer or 110 adapters or separately bought a charger. I would buy these again, at least until the tech gets better.

I bought these so I would have a couple of spare charged batteries around for my flashlight. The only question is how many times they can be set, but I'm betting I wont be unhappy.

I thought by the pictures, I thought the 18650 usb battery would come with a charging cord, but I did not read the description carefully as it does not. However my cord for my phone fits it and most products these days use this cord so it's not a big deal, especially considering this is the best price I could find on the internet. Most other places charge more even for one battery. The package arrived on time, and this site did not mess around when it came to getting my package on the way. As long as the batteries are good (have not charged em or tested as my light comes tomorrow), I will buy from here again and would recommend this site to others. Good price and prompt service. Money well spent. Thanks

I really love owning rechargeable batteries that only need a micro-usb wire plugged to it. Bought the two-pack of the Streamlight rechargeable battery 18650, one for the light and a spare for the grip. The only issue is they are just big enough in diameter not to fit in older models. If you have a compatible light, it is a must.

The Streamlight 18650 is a great USB battery. I find it to be handy and portable and a great addition to the flashlight, now I can charge it where ever I go. Amazon didn't even offer a charger this nice for a reasonable price.

These Streamlight 18650 USB batteries have significantly helped with my flashlights, saving me a significant amount of money over buying CR123A's. A wise purchase. The only catch is to make sure your flashlight is built to use 18600's or 18650s, would buy again.
