sadlak titanium scope mount I owned a Bassett mount, which is simple to install and worked well for years. It was made of Aluminum and was under $100 new. I sold it with the rifle. I just got a new Springfield M1A and decided I wanted a sturdier mount made of Titanium. I have seen lots of Sadlak mounts at the gun club and heard nothing but great things about them. And I liked the idea that you did not have to remove the mount to use the iron sights. The only thing that I was worried about was the installation. Many people said it was tough to install. Well, it isn't. If you watch the YouTube video and have the strip clip removed and the rifle together before the mount even arrives, it's even more comfortable.I had the mount installed. And my scope mounted and bore-sighted inside of 45 min. Took it to the range and sighted in at 100 yards. This is a solid mount! It will be the last mount that you will ever buy for your M1A.In my opinion, the Sadlak Titanium mount is the best mount you can buy!

Good solid M1A mount that never moves, no matter how much you shoot. Having the iron sight channel is handy because it allows you to co-witness your sights. It is worth the price and a sure fit. I would repurchase this for any M1A that I want to mount a scope on.
