Precision Armament Accu-Washer Muzzle Device Alignment System
The most precise and easy to use muzzle device alignment system on the market.
Simply choose the correct size Accu-Washer™ shim to accurately index your muzzle brake or flash surpressor while maintaining perfect bore alignment. Since only one shim is required, the tolerance stackup’s and complexities associated with peel washers and other multi-shim systems are eliminated. This minimizes the risk of baffle strikes, ensuring maximum accuracy and safety from your muzzle brake or suppressor. Includes 18 individually marked Accu-Washer™ shims (timing adjustable from 0-360 degrees in 20-deg increments) and easy to follow instructions. Precision machined from high strength 400 series stainless steel to a guaranteed thickness uniformity of ±0.0001″. All shims feature an oxide blasted non-reflective surface finish for low visibility. One Precision Armament Accu-Washer System will align approximately nine brakes (on average) before replenishment shims are needed. Designed to fit 1/2-28 or 5/8-24 threaded barrels.

Needed to adapt a Dead Air muzzle device to my AK and since my threads were just slightly longer than the muzzle device this washers allowed me to properly set the height and secure it. After alignmrny i put over 200rnds through it without any movement observed via the indexing mark. These worked like a charm

The Muzzle Alignment System finish excellent, and I was able to identify different sizes. Much more useful than crush washers or spacer tape. It was always a pain to index flash suppressors and compensators accurately. It is effortless to blemish finish or even torque the barrel involuntarily. Ordering and shipping from MSP were painless, arrived on time. Will probably order another set soon. Precision armament had a couple of other products I purchased as well, again, the finish was nice and tight.

I wanted to index my muzzle brake and the crush washer supplied with the brake was not working out. I purchased this washer kit as a solution. There are enough washers in this kit to install multiple brakes, and the quality is excellent. I would not hesitate to purchase this again.

They don't exactly match up the end of the barrel as far as Diameter. Its a little bit off center, but definitely works to get your flash suppressor located correctly. You will have to devise a way to get the washer to center perfectly though.

OUTSTANDING product. I bought a cheaper shim system and tried like hell to get a single shim to be the right size, I did not want to use multiple shims. Even using multiple shims from that kit I could not get the timing correct. This Precision Accu-Washer system took me three sizes and done. Very easy and fast, the best part one shim. I wasted my money on a cheaper product, don't waste yours buy this system first.

Washers are of good quality and with 18 to chose from you have more than enough to mount any muzzle device. I would use these over a crush washer every time.
