I am pleased with this product however there needs to be a thin vinyl or rubber sheet to slide under the clamp on rail/sling/bayonet lug so it doesn't scratch or slide on the magazine tube.

Ez installment.. looks nasty on my shotgun. However the only thing that sucks is I gotta shave a bit on the bayonet so it can sit perfectly other than that it's pretty badass.

This was an okay starting point for my modification to mount a bayonet. The actual lug portion is decent, where as the cap end was almost unusable they way it comes in the package. I completely redesigned the cap end to secure it to the original takedown cap.

I've been looking for a flashlight to install on my Mossberg shotgun for a while, but because most weapons lights are designed to mount on Picatinny rails, I hadn't figured out how to put a rail on the shotgun. I'd seen clamps that clip on to the choke tube and hold a regular penlight, but they didn't look particularly robust, nor do I really want a cheap penlight on a home defense weapon. By chance, I found this mount, and for the price, I figured I'd give it a try. It was really easy to mount on the shotgun, and while I'll probably pick up some Lock-tite to make sure the screws don't rattle loose with use, it seems like it will make a good, solid mount for whatever light I decide to install.

Mossberg 590A1 is already set up for the bayonet. For m7 bayonet. M9 needs a spacer for the M9 to work about 1/4" makeup. Know your what you're saying and know your weapon.

I ordered this item on Aug. 8th, expected it Aug. 16th, got it on Aug. 11th, three days after ordering it! This company was very fast with their processing and delivery, and the product itself is exactly what I ordered; it came with all the parts, and after I installed it to the front of my Airsoft 870 Pump Action, it looked incredible. I can’t wait to see if it holds an M1 bayonet!

Bummer, I can't use this for the m-9 bayonet; the side rails are great with a light, and lazer looks very cool and functional. It gets a 4 only because I didn't see any notes about ony fits extended shell tube. The pic is bayonet installed with breach 1/4 open due to tube and barrel length issue.

This isn't a bad product for the price. It mounts well on the Mossberg Persuader, but they didn't think it through for the end cap. It has already been mentioned that the end cap wiggles a little bit and can come off when the gun is fired. My personal fix is to drill the end cap and simply put a bolt with the same thread count/diameter as the sling stud, which I believe was also mentioned before. I have another fix in mind should the bolt not work out but it will require my metal lathe. With the right bushing spacer, I think this could also be used to fix the bayonet mounting issue on AR's with 16 1/2" barrel, carbine length gas tube with A2 front sight with the bayonet lug. It would be a much cheaper alternative than what I have seen thus far.

It is exactly as pictured and does what it is described for. It has two side rails for mounting lights, laser, etc., and has a sling stud on the bottom so all you need are sling mounts, and you are ready to go. I bought this for a 20 ga knowing it may be to big, but hoping it would fit... it did not. However with a bit of shimming ( a half piece of 3/4 pex tubing did the job, although 1" would have worked better), I did get it to fit tight on my 20 ga mag tube. I wish someone made these for 20 ga tubes as it is a great add on for any home defense shotgun.

I ordered this product on twice accidentally. The first arrived late. The second one I had already paid for expedited shipping to be received the same day as the first only to be notified later that it was out of stock and would be a couple weeks late. No return on charge for expedited shipping or any consolation. Both of the items received I installed them as directed one with the factory tools and one with much higher quality tools. End result from both was sloppy at best the front caps are not sized appropriately and are loose. Have not tried to put a bayonet on either one because I don’t trust the mounts. Would not suggest this product.
