Routinely, as an 07-FFL and LE armorer, I am tasked with helping LEO’s with upgrading their patrol rifles. Despite varying budgets, this is one part I do not negotiate on. If the gasblock is exposed, and the real estate is available, I make this a mandatory part. I’ve examined the alternative options, and there’s no comparison to use and quality.
