Wrong side saddle sent again for the 2nd time!!!!

Original order placed 3/28 for Beretta 1301 tactical side saddle. MSP shipped the 1301 comp side saddle in a box labeled tactical. Sent item back to MSP for an exchange. Placed pictures in the return box showing difference between the tactical and comp side saddle. It is now 4/28, I received the replacement side saddle and it is again the same style comp side saddle I returned in the first shipment. Again the package says tactical but the package contains the comp. side saddle. The difference between the two types is obvious, tactical has 6 holes beneath the rail and the comp has 10 holes, not to mention that the comp will not fit on the 1301 tactical. This is extremely disappointing considering I called Tuesday and specifically requested that someone confirm that I would be shipped the correct side saddle for again the Beretta 1301 tactical with 6 holes under the rail so it will fit on a 1301 tactical shotgun. Hello, is anybody listening to the customer?

Ordered 1301 tactical side saddle but the box contained the 1301 competition ss. The product appears well made and it should be fine once I receive the correct ss for my gun.

Looks good, is good. Holds shells snug; I don't think they're going anywhere. One observation... included screws seemed a bit soft and were blue-tinted. Any chance for some higher grade black oxide fasteners?

Excellent addition to the beretta 1301. The shipping was a little slow but free. So no complaints on that. My only complaint is that it came with silver mounting screws for a black gun & part. Ace Hardware sells black ones. It looks & feels like it will do fine at the range. The shells seem to sit nicely too.
