From now on, I will only purchase these rings. In the past, I've had to lap rings many times as almost no set of rings align perfectly, which can put undue stress on your scope and cause unexplained fliers, or even ruin your scope. These rings solve that problem, and long-range shooters can use inserts to make use of all elevation clicks for long shots or to align the scope properly with the bore if it's off-center. The inserts also ensure even pressure on the scope and prevent it from bending, so they pretty much do everything I need and more.

I use Burris Signature Zee rings exclusively on all of my rifles. Their quality is excellent, and I have no concerns about uneven pressure on the scope since the rings are self-aligning. If I encounter a gun that's not tapped quite right, I can use the inserts to correct the problem. And if I need to raise the back end of the scope on a rifle that I use for long-range shooting, I can easily do that with the inserts. I also appreciate that these rings leave no marks on the scope, which is particularly useful for a scope that I might want to sell or transfer to another rifle.

These Scope rings are excellent for any application. I've used them before and had great results. The inserts allow for perfect alignment with the scope tube, without any possibility of damaging the scope. After mounting them as directed, I've never had a scope move due to recoil. I believe that for the cost, it's unlikely that you'll find a better set of rings.

I've been using Burris Signature rings for many years and consider them to be the best rings for mounting a scope and getting it aligned to the barrel. The Pos-Align inserts not only provide a strong grip without damaging the scope, but also allow for minor tweaks to the scope alignment, enabling maximum use of the crosshair adjustment range. I have these rings on my Winchester Model 70 270 deer rifle, CZ 455 Lux 22, and now my AR. The rings provide a great grip and prevent slipping, while also allowing for easy scope alignment tweaking without the need for shimming or expensive specialty aligning tools. All that's required is a small level and a 223 chamber laser. I did find that the medium height was too low for the bolt charging handle on my AR, so I switched to extra-high rings, but I plan to use the medium rings on another rifle.

I purchased these rings as a gift for a friend, having previously used the same ones to mount my Nightforce SHV 4-14x56. I found that the rings cradled my scope with a soft yet firm grip, making me wonder if they were made for each other. Although mounting them was a bit tricky, that was mostly due to my first-time Nightforce jitters and being in a bit of a hurry. I was able to add 10 MOA to my 15 MOA base for a total of 25 MOA. I looked at several high-end rings, and these are excellent, especially considering the price. Additionally, if I ever take my scope off the rifle, I won't have any ring marks on it. However, I doubt I'll ever need to do that.

I purchased these rings in 30mm for my Ruger American rifle in .308, using a Nikon ProStaff 7 2.5-10X50 scope. Having previously used the 1 inch Burris Zee Rings with inserts, I was already familiar with their fit and security, and I was not disappointed with the 30mm version. The clearance between the scope and the gun was perfect, with less than 1/8" between the two. I was able to bore-site and get on the paper at 100 yards with just two small scope adjustments (2 sets of 2 shots), and achieved a perfect shot at 100 yards. I plan to exclusively buy this style of rings from now on.

These rings are excellent. I've purchased two sets of Signature Zee rings, including a set for 1" scopes. I'm currently using them to hold a heavy NV scope on a .243 Winchester bolt action. The inserts included with the rings allow for correction of misalignments between the scope and barrel without using windage/elevation adjustments on the scope. Achieving alignment this way preserves the peak performance of the optic and allows for a truly fine zeroing of the scope. The rings hold the scope very tightly, while the plastic inserts prevent any marring of the finish. They maintain zero well, even on a high-powered rifle. Although they may cost more than "bargain priced" rings, their performance is well worth the price.

I exclusively use Burris Signature Zee rings, whether in 1" or 30mm, and have replaced all other rings on my many rifles' scopes with these. They don't mar the scope and their inserts allow for keeping the scope optics near center while sighting in. The 30mm rings come with a set of zero inserts and a set of 10 inserts, which includes a -10 and a +10. The 1" rings only come with zero inserts, but the corrective 5, 10, and 20 inserts are sold separately, which are worth the cost. Installing the inserts correctly allows you to move the POI right, left, up, or down, or a combination of these corrections. The inserts must be installed in pairs of the same number, such as a -10 and a +10. For example, installing the -10 on the bottom and the +10 on the top of the FRONT ring will move the POI UP, allowing more range for, say 100 yds with a .22lr. Some scopes may require more help than others.

These rings not only hold your scope securely, but they are also the only type that allow you to center your scope with a collimator using plastic inserts that can be rotated 360 degrees. This feature is essential when mounting a scope on a military rifle that has had the rear iron sight ground off, as alignment from front to rear is never level or straight. By using different thicknesses of plastic inserts, you can center the scope as best you can before making final adjustments with windage and elevation. Using other rings without this feature on a military rifle can bend your scope, cause internal gas loss, and result in fogging during cold weather. These rings are exceptional, and I love them.

The rings held my scope securely without any risk of denting or marring, but I deducted one star because they were a bit tricky to install. I needed a screwdriver to adjust the base area to fit over the picatinny rail, and had to call customer service for assistance. Additionally, the plastic inserts made rotating the scope to level somewhat difficult. However, once mounted, the rings proved to be rock solid.

I exclusively use these rings on my rifles and they work great for heavy magnums at long range. Although some complain about their durability, I believe mounting issues are the real cause. Compared to other ring products, these 30mm rings are as good or better, and are tough enough to stay on my 30-378 Wby. Mag and a 375 H&H rifles with brutal recoil without losing zero. These rings have three key advantages: 1) they don't leave marks on scopes when removed, allowing for easy resale, 2) they provide an additional 20-30 MOA of travel, saving money on 20 MOA rails or adding to their elevation, and 3) they are effective on hard-hitting rifles at a fraction of the cost of premium rings. They also allow for better scope picture centering and full scope travel for windage and elevation. Overall, a great product that I've used in 10 sets. The only downside is that they come soaked in oil and require cleaning before mounting, but this minor inconvenience is worth having some of the best rings on the market at a low price.

Every scope I mount are mounted with Burris Signature rings. These rings give a good classic look and are sturdy enough for any application. Never lap rings again.
