I bought this because the mount that came with the holosun red dot didn't give me the confidence I wanted. After pairing the holosun with this mount, it's bomb-proof. Love it! I used bedding compound between all the parts; that way, I know nothing will ever move.

This is the lowest profile quick release mount I could find for Aimpoint T1. Works excellent on a shotgun. But you will need the rise if you are going to mount this to an AR-15. Quality is excellent.

I knew this would be the perfect QD mount for the Gen 2 Vortex Spitfire when I saw the first stock photos of it. And MSP had the best price around. The optic itself has a built-in battery compartment which also acts as a lower 1/3 height mount. However, it does have a very thin T-1 pattern removable screw base. The A.R.M.S. #31 is the only thing quick-disconnect that matches its thickness and won't disrupt the 1/3 co-witness. Some guys threw the American Defense T-1 mount on theirs but it makes it ridiculously high, more like a chin weld than cheek weld. If you're looking for a Gen 2 Vortex be aware the manufacturer made the early Gen 2s with the removable mount but the later ones have a fixed mount and both share the same UPC. You'll never know unless you buy one open from Ebay or a similar source. But the A.R.M.S. #31 should be in the cart with it! Very awesome, solid, easy and intuitive, non-marring mount. Worth the price. I think they're discontinued so get one from MSP fast!

I bought ARMS Aimpoint Micro Mount with Its Spacer for the Aimpoint T-1 installed on my Benelli M4 shotgun because due to my shooting technique, with the factory mount I had to down too much my head. I?m very happy with this system, I feel more comfortable because I?ve a more ergonomic head position. Excellent quality, rough material and finish. The installation had no problem, very easy, no gunsmithing required, only change a couple of screws and substitute the factory mount for the ARMS. Just a question to mention, I had previously installed on my Benelli the Mesa Tactical Shell carrier. Depending on the way you?ve your shells in the carrier (I mean, with the metallic brass head upwards or downwards), It�s possible that the throw lever jams the extraction mainly with shells pointing upwards. Nothing specially dramatic but noteworthy.

Well made, solid and it fits perfectly.
