You'll need this item if you've used the Weaver side mount base to mount a scope on your older rifle that has no other attachment points for scope mounting.. This base should accommodate most standard-length scopes of 4x or3-9x power. There's a longer version of it in case it's needed for longer scope, or to address eye relief issues. Make sure it's properly aligned on its base before you tighten down on the securing screws.

Got this traditional mount for my Marlin SlugMaster...works perfect!

This mount is made for the Savage .22 rifles. I have read reviews saying the screw holes don't line up. I'm betting they have a similar base (like for the Winchester 94), all the holes line up perfectly when the correct base is used with the specific gun it was made for. As with all Weaver bases I have used over the past half century, this is a solid, secure mount.

Bought this mount for an old stevens 22. It's built well and was easy to mount on. I have had it almost a year and still holding zero. Thanks, Mountsplus

This weaver side mount rings works perfectly with one of the side mount scopes. I think this was the only way to mount a scope on my Winchester model 74. Overall I am happy.

I ordered this set of Scope Rings to be attached to a Weaver Side Mount Rail, size #3B, for my post-64 Winchester 94 .30-30. It was simple to mount a 3-9x32 scope and considerably improved my accuracy and groupings with this rifle without impeding the ejection or other function of the gun. The scope leans to the left of the receiver, so if you're left-handed, you will probably be better off modifying your weapon to accept a barrel mounted scout mount, but for righties like me, it is easy to adjust to and functions flawlessly. It looks funky but tasks without a hitch, and I'm all about function over form. The gloss finish on this and the rail also matched the finish of my rifle receiver flawlessly.

I had no problems with my Marlin 512 Slugmaster. I've seen other brands work loose after a few shots. I just purchased another 512 and hope new mount and scope rings work as well as my first set.

Perfect fit for my weaver 3c mounting plate for Winchester model 94

Never had a rifle with a side mounted scope before, will take some getting used to as far as sighting in the scope! Even tho the mount fits great, I think I could use some pointers on the best way to adjust for the offset!

I've never used a rifle with a side mount scope before, so I guess this will take some get used to, but it fits my rifle perfectly!

The rings arrived quickly in new condition. I mounted them on a Winchester Model 74 rifle using a Weaver #2 side mount base that I also ordered from Mounting Solutions. The rings fit the base perfectly and required no additional fitting or filing. The Leupold 3x9 scope (standard front aperture) fit the rifle very well with the high bracket mounts and sits just above the rear sight after I removed the elevation ramp. An excellent upgrade for anyone with aging eyes who still loves to shoot their old .22 rifle.

Easy to install, use an inch pound tork wrench for correct tension and prevent stripping out ring mounting holes. No modifications necessary.
