Great for .22 3/8th Inch Groved Receivers

This set of steel rings is of exceptional quality, with a beautiful high polish finish. It was specifically ordered for use with a Marlin Model 60, which has a 3/8 inch dovetail grooved receiver, and it mounted easily and securely. The Medium height of the rings is suitable for use with standard rifle sights, although we found it necessary to utilize the bottom elevation notch on our particular setup. The clearance between our sight and scope was approximately 1/16th of an inch, which is difficult to capture in a picture, but it should be more than sufficient for our .22 rifle, which has low recoil. The mounts themselves are secured to the receiver using a single standard slotted screw, while the rings use Torx head screws (one per side). The package includes an L-shaped Torx wrench for easy installation. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with this setup and highly recommend it.
