Based on the original Model 52, the Model 72 All-Steel has the same basic feature but with Pan & Tilt, Cant Friction Lock, and Ski Feet. Adjusts from 9" to 12" fully extended. (1.28 lbs [0.54 kg]) Versa-Pod 72 All-Steel Bipod The Model 72 - like the Model 52 is the all-around size for the versatile shooter. With its ski feet, the Model 72 can be used on many natural terrains especially slick surfaces to lock into place for accuracy and comfort. Now in the All-Steel design it is great for higher recoil rifles. Plus, unlike the Classic series, it has both Pan & Cant Tilt friction locks. Our patented tool-less friction controls allow the bipod to be precisely positioned and locked in place. The knobs can also be adjusted to allow slight movement for following moving targets. The legs have ski feet that extend from 9 inches to 12 inches.
