While this quick detach sling swivel isn't quite as speedy as adapting your buttstock for push-button QD sling swivels that are common nowadays, it still gets the job done efficiently. I particularly like the little screw-locked gate that spins freely, making it easy to attach a sling to a shotgun in no time. I do wish that the steel used in its construction were a bit sturdier, like some other products I've used, but considering the price and functionality, this sling swivel is an excellent choice. I also appreciate that the package comes with two swivels, even though most people will only require one.

I purchased these swivels to replace my old ones, which had a mix of metal and plastic components. Unfortunately, the plastic portion of the old swivels eventually broke. I'm excited to try out these all-metal swivels, and I think they will hold up well. While I did find that the swivels were a bit difficult to open and install onto the firearm's swivel studs, I view this as a positive thing because it ensures a secure attachment once they are installed.

For their price, these swivels are a great value. They are effective and come at a very reasonable cost. The only potential downside is that the screw caps are made of plastic and can become cross-threaded if you're not careful during installation. However, given that most people won't need to remove them once they're installed on the rifle, this shouldn't be much of an issue. Overall, considering that you get two swivels for around $6, I believe they are well worth the price.

It's refreshing to find a pair of swivels that are reasonably priced, well-crafted, and perform their intended function. I had a fake version of these that came with one of my older slings, and they wore out within just a few years. However, even when they were brand new, they weren't as well-designed as these genuine ones. By comparing the two, you can easily see the difference in quality construction. The knockoff swivels likely cost almost as much as the real ones to begin with, so I highly recommend spending the extra few dollars to protect your valuable rifle from a disastrous fall. These swivels are very sturdy and fit perfectly with my existing studs. It took me only 30 seconds to replace the old swivels with the new ones. It's reassuring to know that my rifle won't slip off my shoulder due to a swivel coming undone.

Uncle Mike's offers some high-quality products, and these quick detach sling swivel mounts are no exception. They are definitely worth the price. I would have given them a 5-star rating if not for the fact that the screw post feels a bit rough. Some other quick detach sling mounts have eliminated the screw post design altogether for easier removal, but those options can be more costly. However, given the price point, the quality of Uncle Mike's product is hard to beat. I recommend buying Uncle Mike's and being pleased with the purchase.

Although the lock works fine after installation, I am not fond of the plastic knob used to lock and unlock it. If possible, I would be willing to pay extra for a sling mount made entirely of metal with no plastic components. I find it frustrating that companies continually downgrade their products to cut costs, despite the fact that some customers are willing to pay a little more for quality rather than settling for cheap, mediocre items filled with plastic.

The Super Swivels are a favorite of mine, and I have been purchasing them for many years. They perform their task of attaching a sling to a rifle flawlessly, and I have used them in various settings. I have employed both leather and paracord slings with these swivels, and they function beautifully. Here are some observations and warnings: Pros: The swivels are exceptionally robust, and I have never had one fail, even after many years of use and transporting my rifles through the Rocky Mountains and Texas brush. They are straightforward to use. Simply unscrew the lock nut entirely, push in and turn to open the locking mechanism, and remove from your swivel stud. The locking feature is my favorite aspect. I adore this feature. After placing the swivel on the stud, closing it, and screwing in the lock collar, it merely spins on the shaft without engaging. Sorry, it's tough to describe, but the directions in the package provide a decent job with pictures and narration. To remove the swivel, you must manually pull out the locking collar while twisting it to unscrew it and open the lock. This ensures that there is no ACCIDENTAL opening of the swivel, which means your swivel will not fall off your gun and drop it. Cons: The locking collar is constructed of plastic. I haven't had one fail or break, but this could be the weak spot of this swivel. Time will tell, but I have had them for years with no issues so far. Notes: The 1 1/4" swivels are ideal for a six-strand wide paracord sling. I attempted to use the 1" swivels, and it was a complete disaster. The 1" is just too small. To clear up some of the confusion in other comments about how many you need to purchase, here's how it works... If you purchase one package, you will receive two swivels . For most standard rifles, you will require both swivels to attach a sling to it. One swivel will attach to the buttstock, and the other will attach to the forearm end. Overall, these are fantastic swivels, and I will continue to purchase them in the future. I hope that I have assisted you in making a decision to purchase this product. The swivels were affordably priced, arrived promptly, and work admirably. The attachment design for the swivel post was user-friendly, taking no more than two minutes to install. This product is an excellent choice for those seeking attachment points for wide slings (1.25") on their rifle, provided they have swivel posts.

These swivels suit my requirements perfectly. I plan to purchase them again when I acquire another shotgun. Installing them was a breeze, and attaching my sling was straightforward. They appear robust and heavy-duty, withstanding the rigors of hiking without any issues. I have full confidence in their durability.

The swivels are impressively sturdy despite their small size and weight. I am confident that they will serve their intended purpose of carrying my 7mm Remington Magnum, which is a heavy gun. The quick detachable super swivel was accurately described and met my expectations. I regret not purchasing two sets so I could also utilize it on my Kimber Model 84 .308 SS with a Galco RS9 sling. As a result, I will need to place another order. The product is of excellent quality. :) The pros are that it fits perfectly, has a flawless finish, and functions well. There are no cons to this product.

Top quality, rock bottom price. Uncle Mike's products have always served me well so far; I wish I had found these qd super swivels sooner. I have three holsters now and countless mag carriers, sling swivels, and other items made by them; I like them so much I'm putting this review on each one.
