This is a decent slide assist. It only extends about 2 mm from the slide on each side so it is very concealable. It doesn't impact my holster fit in any way. However, it's not large enough to only use the TacRack to pull the slide back easily. It does help lock your thumb in place when pulling the slide itself. Not too helpful if you have arthritis, but it would be great in low light, wet, or stressful situations.
