Excellent stock for Ruger 10/22. Easy install and great fit. Accuracy improved over the factory wood stock. The over-molded stock feels great in the hands and is quiet in the woods. Wish it had been made in USA instead of Mexico.

This is my second Hogue stock. They are a drop in fit. Very comfortable and don't add much weight. Built my daughter's 10/22 up with this stock, and she nails targets out to 40 yards with no problem. A must have if your going to upgrade ur rifles.

This stock is a must for all 10/22 owners. It is the benchmark. I got the model for a bull barrel, although I haven't switched out barrels. The effect is to float the original barrel quite nicely. I was expecting more improvement in the cheek weld, though. The comb is still not ideal (not high enough) for a scope, but it will do.

This is a Nice Stock for the 10/22 if you have a bull barrel & the price was great. Straightforward installation, only 1 screw, was able to install the rifle on the stock in 5 minutes. I would recommend this stock, it is very comfortable to carry & shoot.

I have had this stock on my 10/22 for nearly 20 years now. It has been a great addition making it easy to grip and hold on in the most humid of days as well as in the rain. I have come to learn that simply tightening down the stock screw to 10lbs of torque helps to tighten up the groups I'm shooting. This stock is just as small as the original so you'll need to get a big recoil pad on the end to help with length of pull if you are taller. For hunting and plinking, this stock is the answer. I'd get another rifle altogether were I wanted to do serious long-range competition with .22.

I swapped out my barrel on a stock carbine and needed a different stock. Action fit in perfectly, and the proportions of the stock and feel is about perfect for me. The stock is tacky from a feel perspective, but I don’t find it cumbersome. Happy with my purchase!

Hogue makes another quality product...I like the look, feel and sound of this stock. My purpose was to build a tactical stealthy 10/22, and this stock fits that purpose better than any others I could find. The soft rubber has no reflective surface and seems to absorb action sounds that the wooden and plastic stocks would not. My application also uses a poly-bolt buffer. I use this with a Tactical Solutions fluted bull barrel which looks and works great. The barrel is finished in flat black, so it matches the stock beautifully.
