MSP QD Sling Mount for Buttstock with Rotation Limited
The MSP QD Sling Mount for Buttstock with Rotation Limited offers an easy, lightweight, and cost-effective solution for mounting a quick-detach sling swivel to the MOE buttstock, as well as other buttstocks with 1 1/4" slots for webbing, like the typical M4 carbine stock. The rotation-limited feature prevents spin and allows for proper positioning of the sling between carrying and firing positions. Its low-profile design keeps the weight to a minimal 0.490 oz.
The QD Rotation Limited Sling Mount attaches directly to the webbing slot on a wide range of buttstocks and is compatible with all Push Button QD Sling Swivels.
The Magpul MOE Stock, a standard feature on many AR15/M16 carbines, can be easily upgraded with this mount for those with M4-style buttstocks lacking a QD Sling Mount. Many factory CAR collapsible M4-style stocks and the Benelli M4 Tactical Shotgun with optional collapsible stock also lack a QD Sling Swivel.

The Magpul MOE buttstock lacks a QD mount option. The sling slots along the top will interfere with collapsing the stock, and the other slots will allow the rifle to 'roll over' when suspended. The MSP slot-mount QD base is the best solution to the problem.

Well made and finished. Used on a Brownells CAR-15 stock BUT material needed to be removed for the screw mount plate to clear. Socket fit snugly inside the slot for a good lockup.

I have yet to really put it through it's paces as the sling I got is a bit longer than I wanted but tested it out a few times and it seems pretty good and sturdy. QD attach is solid, doesn't seem like it would fail and the screws felt nice and tight but hasn't been fired while on yet so I can't speak on that. But overall I think it'll work just fine.

It took a while, but I finally received the MSP QD Sling mount for Buttstock. It was just what I needed for easy attachment/removal of my sling as my buttstock only has the slots to thread the sling through. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 stars because of the limited rotation. But it's a minor tradeoff for the ease of use.
