I want to start of by saying that I purchased the ADVERTISED product (McNETT brand) years ago in a military BX, and I have been quite happy with it, so I wanted a couple spares to put in Bug Out Bags and such. I purchased 3 of this product thinking I would be getting what was pictured and described in the Item summary with a total of: THREE XL microfiber towels, THREE Mesh Lined Toiletry Bags (Featuring Wet/Dry Storage with quiet zippers), and SIX retention straps (two straps per towel), all made by, and with, the McNETT branding. Instead what I got was THREE Microfiber Towels, and THREE Toiletry Bags, made with GEAR AID branding. At bear minimum, I am missing the advertised retention straps. I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed. Would I recommend this product? That would be a resounding NO. Because product shown, and product delivered, are NOT THE SAME.

I already had one of these and wanted to have additional towels available for travel. I haven't had any issue. The towels work as expected. They don't work the same way "normal" towels work. Once you understand that, you realize that you've got a good product in hand.

The Mcnett microfiber towel absorbs an amazing amount of water for its size. Dries your skin instantly on the first pass. Also great for a nice clean, streakless wipe on wet glass surfaces (eyeglasses, digital screens, mirrors, etc.) Dries quickly when hung up or laid outcomes with a convenient snap loop on one corner. The feel is like a synthetic chamois cloth - sturdy, thin, and light. Super for the field or traveling, especially if you only have space/weight to pack one towel.
