This front carry sling allows me to seamlessly hunt with my hiking stick and firearm. As someone with a physical condition that necessitates using a hiking stick, this sling enables me to quietly stalk my target while still having the ability to quickly and accurately present my firearm. It's beneficial for hunting deer, pheasants, and other small game, as it allows both hands to be free while held close to the body and snap into action immediately.

High quality materials. I really like the fact that there are no dangling strap ends. This Magpul ms1 qdm sling is simple and it works. The way the sling swivels attach and detach is different. However, the sling swivels seem very robust and I like the triangular profile toward the mounting point. Less likely to hang up when swiveling.

This is a great sling, no doubt about it. You can immediately sense the quality of construction and materials, and it is great to have an easy length adjustment with no loose ends. The hardware locks solid- there is no way the quick disconnects will come off unexpectedly. Yes, it is spendy, but for a quality product that is made in the USA I have no complaints at all. You can't go wrong with this one.

I have not used the sling much yet, but just on first impressions, it seems durable and easy to use. That is probably my favorite thing about it in that it is super simple to lengthen and shorten. Furthermore, there isn’t a bunch of excess slack getting in the way of getting caught up. The swivel quick connects also a must for smooth transitions. I can’t speak much of how it holds up, but I get no feeling it’s cheaply made, and Magpul is pretty solid, so I suspect it will hold up well.
