Magpul SL-M - PDW Stock

At first glance, it looks a lot like the SLK, especially with its compact design and lack of a QD slot. While the SLK is known as a carbine stock, the SLM is the PDW's tiny carbine stock. To give you a better idea, I compared it with the Magpul CTR, a stock many of you might know. The SLM is about an inch shorter in length and roughly three-quarters of an inch shorter in height. It's quite similar in width, maybe just a tad wider, with a slight slope for cheek comfort. I also compared it with the B5 Bravo, and the results were pretty consistent. One thing to note: the SLM doesn't come with a QD slot. However, I had an extra M-LOK QD and mounted it up. The M-LOK tabs fit neatly inside the stock, ensuring a smooth exterior. Overall, I'm liking the feel of the SLM so far.

he SLM. It's designed for PDW length receiver extensions and is inspired by the design of the SIG Spear. It's shorter and slimmer than some other options, and I love its design and feel. One thing to note is its compatibility with M-LOK QD swivels, which is great for those using QD swivels on their slings. I've also got other stock options for the MCX, like the SIG Sauer folding plus size stock, which I might explore in future videos. In conclusion, the Magpul SLM is a fantastic addition to the SBR stock market, and I'm thrilled to share it with you.

Hardly any jiggle with this Magpul stock, if any at all. I put one on my 22LR for the price but will gladly put this on a larger caliber. I ordered the black and only wish is that it cane in foliage green. Not much else to say. It works. Doesn’t collapse all the way because of it’s length or at least not on my castle nut end plate set up—roughly the size of a Fab Defense Core CQB S carbine stock and significantly less movement.

I love this new AR stock. Very compact and well made, heavy duty. Just wish the sling qD sling bung would come with the stock but very happy.
