If you own a Gen4, this item may require a bit of hand fitting using sandpaper or a file if you have the large grips with a beavertail. This is not a significant issue with the magwell itself, but rather the area where the magwell is screwed into the grip. Simply sand both the magwell and grip panel, and it may take a few attempts to get it just right. Once completed, the magwell should fit perfectly snug.

Great low profile glock 19 magwell. Works well with my G19 Gen 4 OEM Glock Magazines. No issues with seating mags or dropping them out. I don’t use backstraps so that is not an issue for me. Looks great and feels great in my medium hands. 5 stars.

I love it on my Glock 19 EDC because it adds jist enough to the bottom that it helps keep your hand in place, as well as for reloading its simply amazing. I know it doesn't work with the medium or large backstrap but it is still an amazing product and I love mine.

It is actually not a bad little magwell, it's good for my EDC because it won't print like the bigger ones like you would put on a race gun, I gave it a 4 because it's only available in black, im going to get another one for my other glock so yes I would buy it again.

I have a Gen 4 Glock 19 with dovetail on back grip, so I did a small mod to get this to work on my EDC gun. The Magpul magwell Glock 19 is one of my best add on!

I used this mag well in both my Glocks 34 and 19 for competition. They're more expensive mag well that do the same job.

Easy install. 2 minutes and it's done. I used to have that little plug to fill the open space behind the magwell for years and was fine with it. I have no idea why Glock didn't come up with it, or just design the magwell like that decades ago, but whatever. Other aftermarket magwell devices were too "racegunny", metallic, or expensive. I'm glad Magpul did this for such an inexpensive price. I went ahead and bought one magpul magwell for my G19 and G17.

Added this Magpul magwell Glock to a gen4 17 race pistol. Great fit. Factory mags and mags with extensions both work perfectly. Buying 2 more for my 31 and 34

I installed the Magpul Glock magwell on a G-34 gen 3 and could not have been more pleased. Since I use the gun without the optional blackstraps and all my magazines have the stock base plates, I had no issues with installation or function. The Magpul adds just enough flair to speed up reloads and still keep the gun "stock".

Love it. Practice with a blind fold or dark place with a cleared pistol and empty mag or dummy rounds, safety always. Good value.

Overall a quality component that fits well and blends with the grip frame for material and color. The only issue I've had with this mag well on my G3 Glock 19 is the OEM G3 magazines will not sit. The Glock G4 magazines and Magpul magazines seat with no problem. As long as you plan on using newer generation Glock or Magpul magazines, you should be good to go.

If you install this correctly, this thing is excellent! Read the instructions, and you'll be fine. It's a tight fit on my gen4 G19, which I like. I own the gen3 version as well for my G17, and this one has a much better overall fit. Shallow profile, large wide funnel for mag changes, low price. After some testing at home and at the range, I think I'm going to ditch my higher priced aluminum competitor for this. It's tough not to like.
