Magpul M-LOK Hand Stop Kit for M-LOK Slot System

The new M-LOKĀ® Hand Stop Kit from Magpul serves its purpose as a lightweight, low profile, index point for ultimate firearm control. The Hand Stop Kit can also be used as a forward stop in order to prevent the user’s hand from moving forward and subsequently touching the muzzle on their firearm, such as an AR15. The kit also includes a single M-LOKĀ® Hand Stop, one M-LOK Rail Cover Type 2, and one M-LOKĀ® Index Panel for the user to manually and personally configure their kit as they wish. Also included in the package from Magpul is an M-LOKĀ® Hand Stop MOE Adapter, this can be used with Magpul polymer M-LOKĀ® Forends and Magpul Handguards respectively, along with other much wider profile rails.
The M-LOKĀ® Hand Stop Kit from Magpul is incredibly inexpensive and is available in a multitude of colours such as olive drab green, stealth gray, flat dark earth and of course the traditional black. The switch mount is completely flush with the handguard as physically possible without originally recessing the rail. This AR hand stop is an elegant, minimalist piece of gear. It's light weight, uncomplicated and serves it stated purpose superbly. I bought the hand stop to standardize my grip and allow a slight addition of pressure into my shoulder pocket while firing my AR. It works better than anything else I've fielded.

I am running an m4 with a 16 inch M lok hand guard. The magpul hand stop kit went on with a little work. This is my first dealing with M lok and there was a small learning curve. All in all the installation a feel of the hand stop is great. Delivery was fast and on time.

The Magpul hand stop fits great on SBR or AR Pistol. Donāt see it working all that well on a rifle. The plate is breakable so that you can lengthen the space between the two stops. However, the centerpiece would become useless if you decide to expand. On top of that, the centerpiece does not match the related guard covers, as it is smooth without the four dimples. Overall, great piece. I did ultimately go with an AFG but plan to run this on an AR Pistol in the future.

Was concerned about The m lok handstop placement, but after a few tries's got it right and it works perfectly. I wouldn't say I like a lot of AR accessories on my rifle but this simple hand stop provides me with much better control of the firearm when I shoot. Can recommend

The Magpul hand stop works and looks great; it keeps your hand from slipping forward. The only drawback for me is my big hands. I tried it with both the front and rear panels in place. I found I had to remove the rear for my hand to fit at all.

Love this m lok grip stop. The fit is excellent, looks great, and works great. I really like how easy it is to get a good grip consistently before firing. Like the profile of the product and knowing its from Magpul, you know it will take a beating.

I have been through 4 different types of foregripsāboth Magpul AFG's, a vertical foregrip, and the M-Lok AFG. I stuck with the Magpul AFG2 for quite some time, I liked it. However, after upgrading my handguard and changing my shooting form, the AFG2 was making it difficult to support the barrel comfortably. The M-Lok Hand-Stop was the answer! It was perfect for my shooting needs and helped me grip the barrel/handguard fully without feeling any obstructions. The actual "stopper" allows me to obtain an optimum very fast and easy. The best grip I have purchased!

I love these m lok hand stop kits. I have on several Ar15's and even my Scar17. They work great, and the M LOK is hard to beat! I like using the more significant portion in the rear. It allows me to pull the rifle tight into my shoulder. These have replaced most of my vertical grips!

Very satisfied using this as a handstop on an AR pistol. Fits snug, uses a 1/8 inch Allen wrench. It works incredibly well on the 9 O'Clock position (for left hand), it fits in the webbing between the thumb and index finger incredibly well. The Magpul m-lok hand stop makes for a very natural and quick to obtain grip.

I love the feel and grip this hand stop provides. Friends have said they don't care about it. I have not tried Magpul's afg, and due to NFA laws, I am unable to try a vertical grip on my AR pistol.

Lightweight, ergonomic, looks cool and it a good value. Simple to install and remove as needed but stay in place until you're ready to move them. If I only have one criticism, it's that my hands are too big to use this kit without adding Magpul enhanced XTM panel between the two stops. I purchased two of these, and one pack of the enhanced panels and I was able to deck out two rifles. These provide a much-needed indexing point on the bottom of my free float rails and keep my hands from being cheese-grated. I've tried many hand stops, including offerings from Gear Sector and KAC, but these are my favorite.
