Magpul AFG2, Angled Foregrip
Have you ever desired a foregrip that actually thinks about the operator's anatomy and physical endurance? Even the fittest of veterans can do with a weapon that doesn't cause so much fatigue. A well designed foregrip must help the operator stay in top shape no matter what the circumstances are. This is why Magpul created this special angled foregrip (AFG-2) with the operator's body in mind. The angle allows the hand of the wielder to be high on the centerline of the bore, minimizing fatigue and improving control. Better control means more stability and more stability allows for better aiming and endurance.
Compared to the Magpul AFG-1, the AFG-2 has a slimmer and shorter design, which allows it to be compatible with a wider variety of rails for those who don't use a Piccatiny 1913. While it is of course compatible with the 1913 Piccatiny military spec rail it can also be adjusted onto NATO STANAG rails, allowing a wider audience to use it.
All AFG foregrips include their mounting hardware, so there is no need for extra orders. The integration onto your weapon is very simple and steady.

I recently purchased the Magpul afg2 angled foregrip, and before I was using a verticle forehand grip. After receiving the product, it was an easy installation. The angled grip has more of a natural feeling and allows better control and stability. I was skeptical that this grip would fit large hands, but it comfortably fits mine. I highly recommend this product to anyone that is looking for a new grip or changing out their old one. I hope this review helps.

I bought The Magpul afg2 with the M-lok adapter plate to mount on my AR with a free float rail, and it makes it feel like a completely different rifle. It handles 100 times better than before. It is highly recommended to anyone looking for more control and better handling.

I love this Angled Foregrip. It works well with my UTG quad rails mounted on my m&p 15 sport. The Magpul AFG-2 feels very comfortable when shooting. Additionally very easy to mount and sturdy on the Picatinny rails.

What I can say about this Angled Foregrip ... I favor the appearances of the Magpul AFG2 over the Gen1 version. It fits like a great in the palm of my hand on my AR Handguard. Overall Magpul makes the most fantastic AR Accessories, and this grip os no different.

The Magpul AFG2 is an excellent angled foregrip! Straightforward to install, stable, and gives a great natural feel. I Installed it on a Magpul carbine length handguard. You'll also need the 11-Slot Magpul MOE Picatinny rail to install on MOE handguard. It takes up the entire 11-Slot rail. If you want to mount other things like a light or laser you'll need to attach it to the side or top if you have a bayonet lug, you can get a rail to mount there if you want to install other things on the bottom.

I use the Magpul AFG-2 on several of my AR uppers. They give me an excellent grip on the gun without taking up the space of a vertical grip. Magpul furniture is the very best, will stay with them for just about everything on each of my platforms.

The Magpul AFG-2 is a really comfortable grip. If you plan on purchasing this for a carbine length rail plan on assigning the entire bottom rail to the grip as it takes all but about three rails. Plus if you have a flashlight mount and you shoot both strong and weak side, you'll probably have to put it on the top rail to shoot comfortably.

a molded 2 piece piece of plastic and a couple small nuts and bolts,cost 3x what it should.It does work good and looks good too....but I think they (Magpul) really need to rethink price on MOST of thier stuff,they may sell more.I personally wont buy any more of Magpuls items,too $$$ for me for plastic.
