I purchased the Holosun 507K-X2 for my Sig P365 X Macro and was thrilled to find it mounts directly without needing a plate, and it even came with screws and Loctite. The fit is flawless on my gun. The features that sold me were the shake-awake technology for instant activation and the side battery tray, which eliminates the need to remove the sight for battery changes. It offers three reticle options: a circle, a circle with a dot, and a single dot, catering to different shooting scenarios. Opting for the red reticle was a no-brainer for me due to my red/green color blindness; thankfully, I can see the red clearly under any condition. Being nearsighted and reliant on contacts, iron sights were a challenge, but this red dot has completely resolved my alignment and picture issues, improving my accuracy and speeding up my follow-up shots. Initially, I was worried that its small size might hinder reticle acquisition, but that concern was unfounded. It quickly felt natural, even as my first pistol red dot experience. I highly recommend this sight for anyone in search of a concealed carry red dot.

I purchased this sight for my Glock 40 MOS in 10mm, aiming to use it for deer hunting. Previously, I was achieving decent groups at 50 yards with iron sights, confident enough to consider taking a deer at that distance. However, after installing this sight and zeroing it, my accuracy improved significantly, managing a 5-shot group of just 1.5 inches at 50 yards using Underwood 165 gr hollow points, and that was with the aid of a rest. I spent a year researching before settling on this sight, drawn primarily to its ring-with-dot reticle, which I believed would enhance my hunting experience, especially for potential long-range shots. The shake-awake feature has proven to be exceptionally reliable.

I installed a Holosun 507K on my Sig P365X and have been extremely satisfied with its performance. After about 300 rounds at the range and plenty of draw/dry-fire practice at home, it's been perfect. I initially chose the P365 for its manual safety option, opting out of the Romeo Zero sight to purchase a separate one that better suited my needs. The Holosun 507K caught my attention due to its multi-reticle option, the convenience of changing batteries without dismounting it, and its easy-to-use controls, especially important for both indoor and outdoor shooting and for use in dark conditions. This is my first red dot on a pistol, and as someone in their early 50s with vision that isn't what it used to be, this red dot has been a revelation. It allows me to see targets clearly and use the sights without needing reading glasses. Adapting to a pistol red dot was challenging at first, as it made me more aware of my aim's instability. However, after seeing the improvement in my shooting accuracy and group sizes, I'm convinced of its value. The sight picture is clear, my shooting groups have tightened by about 25%, and I'm getting faster at target acquisition. With a bit more practice, I believe the P365XL equipped with the Holosun 507K will become my new go-to, replacing the BHP I've relied on for over thirty years.

I found this red dot to be an absolute treasure. After comparing it with several others, including the Romeo Zero for the P365XL, I was impressed by its superior features. It seemed to include everything the others did and more, which was a pleasant surprise. I did my homework thoroughly and realized it didn't lack any feature present in other red dots. Taking a leap of faith on it turned out to be a decision I couldn't be happier with. Initially, I was unfamiliar with the dot within a circle reticle, but after seeing many positive reviews about how it simplifies target acquisition, I decided to give it a try. I had another pistol with a red dot that offered four selectable reticles, including a dot within a circle, which I had previously overlooked. However, after using it at the range and going through a few hundred rounds, I became a convert to this combination. The beauty of this red dot is its versatility; you can use the dot alone, the circle alone, or both together. After putting several hundred rounds through my Sig, the dot remained stable. I genuinely believe this product is outstanding, not to mention it comes at a great price.

I'm actually thankful the Hellcat's default optic was out of stock, pushing me to explore other options and discover this incredible find. This optic stands out with its variety of selectable reticles, waterproof design, steady reticle that doesn't flicker, amazing battery life, and a motion-activated wake-up feature that conserves power by not being constantly on. Unlike the automatic brightness setting of the other optic, which often proved too dim, this one allows for manual brightness adjustments, making it perfect for any lighting condition. It's also robust, well-crafted, and allows for the locking of personalized settings. A major plus is the ability to change the battery without removing the optic, thus preserving the zero. Having used my Holosun for three weeks now, I'm thrilled with its performance. It's scary to think I almost settled for a less capable optic!

I mounted a Holosun 507k X2 red on my Sig P365X and it's been a game-changer. Contrary to what some might say, adding an optic to a carry gun has significantly improved my shooting. My accuracy has doubled, and I'm now able to hit targets at 25 yards with ease, even with the gun's 3.1" barrel. The most impressive part is that I can achieve this accuracy without my prescription glasses, in any light condition, despite my astigmatism. It only took about 10 adjustments to zero in the optic, and it's stayed accurate after 500 rounds. I firmly believe there's no reason not to equip your everyday carry gun with an optic. A big shoutout to Holosun for this upgrade.

I wasn't a fan of the Romeo Zero on my P365XL, so after some research, I decided to try out the Holosun, and it's been a huge improvement for me! Unlike the Zero, I don't struggle to turn it on and off, and I really appreciate the three different sight options. Plus, it's made of aluminum with glass instead of polymer, which is a big plus. There was a slight shipping delay (thanks to UPS, not Optics Planet), but once I got it installed and took it to the range, I was completely sold on this model. The clarity and brightness levels are fantastic. Despite being an older guy and initially hesitant about the 2 MOA dot, I found it easy to sight in, especially liking the dot within the 32 MOA circle for its rapid acquisition at close range, while the 2 MOA dot remained visible for accurate distance shots. After a minor adjustment to zero it in, which took about 10 rounds, my confidence in the Holosun is solid. It came with everything needed for installation on the P365XL. I highly recommend it as a definite upgrade from the plastic Romeo Zero!

I swapped out a Romeo Zero for this optic on my Sig P365XL-RZ and immediately noticed a significant improvement. The circle/dot reticle has made finding the reticle and target acquisition much faster for me. I'm also a big fan of the shake-awake feature. The side-mounted battery and more conveniently placed buttons are a welcome change from the Romeo Zero, where I often struggled with the awkwardly placed button and ended up smudging the lens—actually, plastic. I'm so pleased with this upgrade that I'm now planning to send my non-XL P365 in to have the slide milled to fit another Holosun 507K.

I chose this optic for my Sig P365X Macro after thorough research and it has exceeded my expectations. As my eyesight has declined with age, I needed an optic that met specific requirements for my everyday carry weapon. My previous experiences with optics in the military and law enforcement helped me understand what I was looking for. Although I appreciated my old Swampfox Sentinel on my G43X for its reliability, I sought an optic with more reticle options and easier battery maintenance. This optic seamlessly fit into my Sig's slide without the need for an adapter plate and was easy to secure. The controls for reticle selection and brightness adjustment are intuitively designed, making them accessible even for someone with large fingers like mine. The option to choose between three different sighting points is a significant advantage, and I personally favor the circle with a dot in the center for quick target acquisition. Brightness adjustment is straightforward, with ten levels to accommodate various lighting conditions. Although I haven't tested its night vision compatibility, I found a perfect setting for both bright daylight and darkness. The design also allows for the use of iron sights as a backup without the need for suppressor-height sights, which is a big plus for me. The package included everything needed for mounting and adjustment, and the purchase process through Optics Planet was smooth, offering a great price and fast shipping. My only wish was for an auto-brightness feature, but the manual adjustment is efficient enough not to be a dealbreaker. I'm thoroughly impressed with this optic and Holosun's offerings. I plan to acquire a full-size optic from them for my P229 soon. For anyone in search of a compact, feature-rich optic for a compact pistol, this is the one to get.

This optic offers excellent value for money, especially when compared to the more expensive Trijicon RMRcc. It's compact, durable, and provides a clear sight picture for a small optic. It offers versatility with dot, circle dot, and circle options, though the dot alone is preferred by the reviewer. However, a caution is advised for those expecting it to directly fit slides designed for an RMR; while it matches the footprint, the screw holes of the 507K do not align with those for the RMR, but it does fit the RMSc footprint and holes. The reviewer had issues fitting it on Brownells and Trybe slides for a G19 with an RMR cut but successfully installed it on a G19 Liteslide by Strike Industries, which accommodates various optics including the RMSc.
