Harris S-BRM
Works great! Happy with my purchase!
This bipod increased my accuracy by at least 3x.
On a .243 Ruger M77 - Has increased my accuracy by at least 3x. I have not used for benchrest shooting; however, I think it will perform better than sandbags. Excellent materials and function almost regretted the expense of the swivel function. That changed after I tried it; it was worth every penny.
Harris 6" - 9" swivel bipod with leg notches brm-s
Well, I can't say anything more optimistic about this product that hasn't already been said. Great quality. Very functional. I especially like the notched leg feature. It worked so well on my M1A1, I bought another for my bolt-action rifles. The added stability a Harris bipod provides translates into more accurate shooting.
Harris brm series s bipod is the real deal
Wow, this harris bipod is the real deal, easy to attach, and rock solid. The first time I used it instead of a sandbag, I had three holes touching each other at 100 yards with my .223---I was very impressed, to say the least. This is an excellent product.
Harris Leg notch bipod 6-9 in s-brm lives up to the hype.
Great rifle bipod, lives up to the hype. Easy to use. Fit like it was built for the gun. Adjustable tension screw for the swivel feature so the gun will stay where you want it. Notched legs are a dream for those who have used the other models. Perfect height for prone shooting or bench rest.
Don't waste your money on any other get the harris s-brm
Harris Bipods are 100% American made, and the quality is second to none. I have owned a nonswivel Harris bipod for over 20 years with absolutely no problems. After buying the swivel model, the old rigid hasn't left the house. It's currently mounted on a Remington R-15 VTR Predator Carbine, and I also use it on my Remington 700 BDL HBVS. It works perfectly on either rifle.
Harris S-BRM Bipod 6-9 inches
Great Rifle Bipod. Pricey, but study and versatile. The bipod had an excellent range of motion when deployed, giving the user the ability to rotate and shift without moving the legs. One shortcoming I did observe while using this product on a Remington 700 was that the set screw nut would come loose after firing many (maybe 30) rounds. The extension of the legs was plenty long enough for shooting from prone in many different environments, as well as on slopes. The individual legs snap out when released to the full extension length, making deployment easy. There is no rattling or clinking when walking around with the bipod attached- an essential attribute for hunters. Overall, I am happy with this product.
A Very durable rifle bipod.
A Very durable rifle bipod. Makes a great bench rest, but will your rifle withstand its own recoil???... I put this on my Encore 12gauge slug barrel, and after the third round, the recoil ripped the sling stud on my forend clean out... Afraid to try it with my other heavy caliber firearms...works great shooting from the bench with my 10/22
Best bipod for bolt action rifle harris s-brm bipod
The harris brm s bipod is excellent for bench shooting and sniper prone position. Very easy to stabilize on an uneven surface. Very lightweight. Works excellent on M1A/M14!
Great product, lives up to the hype
Great Bipod, lives up to all the hype. Simple to use and Fit like a glove. Adjustable pressure screw for the swivel point so the gun will stay put. Notched legs on the Harris Bipod are ideal for those who have used the other models — the perfect height for prone shooting or bench rest.
Nice upgrade
I am happy with my purchase. Have used a Caldwell without a swivel for 4 years with no problems but kept seeing people say how nice Harris bipods are. Starting to shoot groundhogs at longer ranges and need the gun level to be consistent so i got the BRM-S series 6-9 height, $93 with shipping. The material is a little more solid and tighter with the Harris and the left-right swivel lets me level every shot with a base mounted level. The shipping wasn't fast but it took about a week. So basically it comes down to what you can afford, Caldwell XLA swivel $40 or Harris swivel for $93.
