Taran Tactical Innovation, Firepower Base Pad - 43 Plus 2 Magazine Extension

The pin set screws are set with Loctite® at the specific tension we recommend and will generally never need an adjustment. Tightening the base pad screw is not recommended and may be difficult because the screw is set with Loctite®; trying to force the set screw to turn could result in stripping the screw. We do not warranty base pads for stripped heads on set screws or pins lost as a result of tampering with the set screw.

This Taran Tactical Innovations GLOCK base pad is designed for the GLOCK 43. This TTI base pad add one extra round to the magazine and is only 1/8th of an inch longer than the stock base pad. We use our patented push pin design to lock the base pad to the magazine, which makes for easy field stripping and cleaning of your magazine. Just push down the pin, slide the base pad on and push the pin up to lock it onto the magazine. Our one-piece design is significant because there are no extra parts or tools needed to attach the base pad to your magazine. The base pad itself is machined out of billet aluminum and is hard anodized to ensure durable, long-lasting color. All machining and manufacturing is done in the USA.

Best Glock 43 magazine extension I've found yet

It fits great with Glock 43 mags and isn't bulky like other +2 extensions I've found and built solid. The last +2 I had worked well but was plastic/polymer and seemed cheap. Overall, I could use the TT +2 on my primary mag and not feel like my concealed gun is bulky.

I can't afford the ammo to run them through their paces. However, these exceeded my already high expectations. Fit and finish were top notch. I had questions, and TTI's customer support proved to be top-notch as well. +2 was perfect. +1 wouldn't fit with my OEM mag spring. (it seems Glock is on second gen for the Glock 43 and made the spring larger). It didn't matter... TTI included a new +1 spring anyhow. Will certainly order again when the time comes.

Love the 43 but the biggest problem is that recoil and grip,I've tried the Hive, I've tried the ETS with the grip sleeve, all good products but nothing as reliable and quality as this extension; the main thing I love is the weight, and how snug it fits into the OEM mag, I'm able to conceal appendix with the right belt and shirt and holster with little to no print (im 5' 3") if you have a 43 or any subcompact this G43 mag extension should def be your very first upgrade

Great G43 magazine extension, easily installed and fits well. This product has been comfortable in my hand and also reliable for the 200 rounds I have shot using these baseplates/ springs, which are included. I do thing there should be a stippled option or something with grip.

I like this Glock 43 mag extension. Installation was easy enough, and having ten rounds instead of 7 makes a significant difference. That’s almost 50% more fire power!!! Not overly bulky or cumbersome, and I like the color options. I would recommend

It was a challenge to get the Glock 43 magazine extension on . I was pissed at first because the string was not placed correctly inside the mag and was slightly bent. It took me mins later to get it fixed, But I was able to get the plus 2 round into the magazine. I beat up my magazine to get the plate removed.

The plus two magazines for the Glock 43 are excellent! The install was super easy, and I love the color. It came out super great and looks fantastic. Helps with the grip length too. With these plus two mags I can get a full hand grip on my Glock 43 and a lot more control. I would love to see some matching barrels that could go along with the base plates. That would be cool. TTI is fantastic, and I will always buy anything I need that they offer.
