Note: This mount is not compatible with Stevens 301 12 and 20 models.

Installation Instructions

For a hassle-free setup, follow these steps:

1. Remove the Rear Sight: Begin by safely removing your firearm’s rear sight.
2. Install the Mount: Position the EGW Sight Mount into the dovetail slot and secure it by tightening the set screw (if applicable).
3. Attach Your Red Dot: Place your chosen red dot sight atop the mount. For effortless removal and to avoid Loctite buildup, insert a small piece of paper between the sight and mount.
4. Secure the Hardware: Apply blue Loctite to the provided mounting screws and tighten each to a torque of 15 in/lbs using the appropriate tools:
   • (2) 6-32 Button Head Screws (requires 5/64 wrench/driver)
   • (2) 6-32 Flat Head Screws (requires 5/64 wrench/driver)
   • (2) 8-40 Torx Screws (requires T10 wrench/driver)

We recommend having this plate installed by a qualified and competent gunsmith to ensure optimal performance and safety.
