SIG 220/226 Stainless Steel Guide Rod and Recoil Buffer. Our buffer for the SIG 220/226 is a departure from our original line of buffers. We designed our own guide rod since it was not possible to place a cushioning buffer between the slide and frame without this addition. This Recoil Buffer fits 220/226 with a guide rod length of 3 5/16 inches.

Fits The Following Sig P220® and P226® Pistols:

• P220 — All current models with 4.4" barrel.
• P226 — All current models with 4.4" barrel.
• Will NOT Fit: P220 "Carry" or "Compact" models (3.9" barrel).
• Will NOT Fit: Old model P220 with "heel-mounted" magazine release at the rear of the mag well.
