Very hard to assemble

as designed and delivered originally the recoil buffer was provided with a full length bushing making easy to insert in the front of the slide. As delivered instead the design has been modified and has a sort of flat grommet that you drop in the slide. However making the reduced diameter guide rod enter it, is almost impossible while compressing the spring. Someone got an award for it, but the buffer ended up in the trash.
