Probably the most versatile bipod I have used that did not sacrifice function or quality in any area to do so many things. If you have a go-to hunting rifle, especially if you are using a magnum cartridge, worth the money to leave it on full time, the positive-looking legs can take the recoil. If you have multiple rifles you switch between, I would use a short rail and buy the quick-release version of the Atlas, so you done have to invest in multiple units.

I purchased it to replace the Harris that I was using on my Long Range rifle. I debated on getting it for months due to the cost. In the end, well worth it. Pros: -The Pan & Cant design all together...which makes it very ergonomic for different types of shooting positions and terrain. -Very stable/steady -Notched adjustable legs. -The ability to remove and change out the feet on it. -The Finish Con: -A little on the Noisy side....squeaks from the bearing type assembly(not sure what it's called), that allows you to extend/collapse the legs. Overall...A great design, and I would purchase another. I have already recommended it to others.

This bipod is a precision piece of gear that is well worth the extra $. I had initially ruled it out because it looked like more than I needed for a 16" AR; I WAS WRONG. This bipod is strong, compact, and lite. I am delighted with my purchase, and you will be too if you decide to go with ATLAS!

I use bipods in the field, usually with a rear bag if possible. The ability to set the legs out front at about 45 degrees lets you brace against available objects. The height adjustments are repeatable and firm. The ability to set tension on level and pan is very helpful when your terrain is not level. Quick release is nice but not necessary if you have one for each rifle, although when weight on the front of your rifle is an issue being able to pull it off quickly is a good thing. Compared to Harris this is heavier but far more steady and user friendly.

I mounted the Atlas Bipod BT10 on a Ruger Precision Rifle, and it complements the package. What I really admire about the bipod is the sturdy frame and the capability to position the legs forward or backward of the center if you need to drop the rifle's muzzle for a better shooting position. I have a Harris bipod on my other rifle, which is a Savage model 10FCP in .308 caliber, and although it works very well, the Atlas bipod is clearly worth the extra money!

This Atlas bipod is on my long-range benchrest AR, and it's excellent in that role. I've had an older variant of the Atlas for numerous years, and have put a thousand rounds through it with no adverse effects, so I bought this new model for a different rifle. It's just as sturdy and has an updated push-button system for unlocking the legs. Harris bipods are quite good and are quicker to deploy, but the ungainly method of attaching them to a 1913 rail, combined with their 20th-century appearance, made the Atlas the obvious choice for my 21st-century rifle.

Can't get much better than this. Built like a tank, extremely easy to manipulate, and looks like it'll last a lifetime.

This is the finest bipod I have ever seen or owned. Worth every cent.

Alot of money for a bi-pod, I know. But this thing is Worth Every Penny! Awsome quality. You wont be disappointed
