The HD-50 was designed for the 50 BMG cal platforms or for heavy ELR style rifles. This is our Heavy Duty and most robust bipod. The arm lock lugs are larger to withstand the heavy recoil of a 50 BMG. This bipod has the ability to cant and has a very sturdy throw lever. The lever allows you to adjust the tension and enhance the ability to lock the canting motion into place. It is also adjustable so it can be repositioned to tuck away or to adjust the tension once you hit a stop. The legs can be extended into nine different height options and can be positioned in the forward stowable position or 90° straight down. Its wide center hub delivers more stability, strength, and support.

Gorilla of a Bi-Pod!

I am very fond of my bi-pod, it is incredibly sturdy. However, I regret not paying closer attention to the description as it only has two positions (straight and stowed). I ended up purchasing another bi-pod with various positions for my 6.5 Creedmoor Ruger Precision rifle. I will be installing this one on my .224 Valkyrie, and I am confident you will not be disappointed with its performance.

The Accu-Tac bipod is the best I've ever owned, boasting superior quality and craftsmanship. It is ready to use right out of the box, with a 30-second installation process. The solid, strong, and reliable feel, combined with multiple fine-tuning adjustments, make this bipod a top choice. I will definitely purchase another Accu-Tac in the future.

The review mentions that the bipod is very sturdy and easy to manage, with spring-loaded legs. The bipod appears larger than expected from online images, but it meets my desired specifications for a sturdy, strong, and stable folding bipod to replace my Sinclaire F-Class fixed bipod. I also ordered the sled feet and the combination is flawless. I plan to order the quick release option in the near future as the bipod, rated for a .50 caliber rifle, does not come with it, but I am using it on a 300 PRC custom build.

Best bipod I've ever owned. Superior quality and craftsmanship. Ready to use out of the box. 30-second install. Solid, strong realable feel, with multiple adjustments for fine tuning. My next bipod WILL be a Accu-Tac.
