These ameriglo 3xl sights are a dependable and affordable choice. You won't regret purchasing them. I have them on my Glock 19 paired with a DeltaPoint Pro optic, and they sit just above the optic for clear viewing - perfect for me. An excellent product.

These blacked out suppressor height sights are designed to provide a lower third co-witness with a Holosun 509T red dot sight on a Glock 19 MOS. They are made of durable steel or iron, making them sturdy and reliable. Although they are best suited for distances of 25 yards or less, their slim front sight and wide rear sights allow for fast sight acquisition when paired with a weapon mounted light. Zeroing may require a few trips to the range and the use of a rear sight pusher (around 40 dollars) and a front sight tool (about 6 dollars). Get ready for a good time at the range and stay sharp!

I was pleasantly surprised when these ameriglo suppressor height sights, with a .365” front, provided an absolute cowitness on my G19 with a Trijicon RMR Dual Illumination. I had only hoped for a 1/3 sight picture. They were mounted on a REV custom G19 slide with a cutout specifically designed for the RMR. My only complaint is the use of a friction dovetail which required me to buy a new sight pusher. This wouldn't be a problem if the rear sight had flat cuts for a pusher, but the trapezoidal shape causes the dovetail to slightly dig into the finish of the slide when starting. Other trapezoidal Glock rear sights, including OEM, Trijicon, and Meprolight, have flats on the side specifically to prevent this. In conclusion, if your Glock has a full depth, Trijicon-spec cutout, these sights will provide an absolute cowitness with the RMR, RMR Type 2, and RMR Dual Illumination. However, if you have an MOS or other universal cut slide or a Trijicon RMRcc (which has a thicker base), your results may vary.

purchased the AMERIGLO GL-506 Tall Black Serrated Suppressor .365" Front and Flat Black .451" Rear Sight Set for my Glock G34 MOS with a Vortex Venom. The result was almost a perfect cowitness for me, as the sight sits high enough to be seen above the Venom's body, but not too high to take up too much space in the viewing window. The black, no-frills design is great because it doesn't detract from the red dot. I tested the hold-under aim at 7 and 17 yards (the limits of my range for pistol distances) and it was spot-on. The installation process was challenging as the rear sight was an incredibly tight fit. Despite oiling the base of the rear sight and the dovetail cutout, I couldn't seat it properly with a sight pushing clamp tool, even after multiple attempts. I had to polish the base of the rear sight and the dovetail with fine grit sandpaper and oil to remove just enough material for a proper squeeze.

The Ameriglo gl-506 are reliable sights to use with an optic. I installed them on a Jagerwerks milled OEM Glock slide with a Holosun 508T mounted. They are tall enough to be used as backup sights if the optic fails, and the rear sight has ample clearance (0.15 inches) for a clear sight picture. However, if you are using only iron sights, I would recommend getting a set with a tritium front. Installation requires a Glock front sight tool and it is recommended to use blue loctite. The rear sight can be installed with a brass punch or a taped steel punch if you don't have a sight pusher.

These sights offer reliable performance at an affordable price. You won't regret choosing them. I have them installed on my Glock 19 paired with a DeltaPoint Pro optic and they work perfectly. The sight barely rises above the optic, which suits my needs perfectly. An excellent product!
