I have used these sights on four Glocks and they have performed exceptionally well. The yellow and orange options are both eye-catching and provide a balance of speed (similar to XS Big Dot sights) and precision. As an older shooter, I appreciate the bright, noticeable sights and I personally prefer the orange option. Additionally, I appreciate the low profile and tapered design of the rear sight.

The sight for Glock pistols is improved in terms of robustness and visibility. The original factory sights on Glock pistols are known for their poor quality, but this economical replacement option is highly visible. It would have been preferable if the rear sight had luminous paint, but with a good grip, close range shooting, and a luminous front sight, it still works well.

The sights are made of metal, which is a substantial upgrade from the stock sights. The price is reasonable and the Tritium dots provide a clear and well-defined sight picture. My only concern is that the front sight is slightly tilted and not perfectly square with the rear Tritium, which, combined with the square shape of the front sight, creates an imperfect sight picture that's noticeable to me. I prefer my sight picture to be as precise as possible, so this slight tilt might be a problem for me. Despite this, considering the price, it would be hard to find a better option.

The Ameriglo sights are top-notch in every aspect, from design and quality of manufacture to the brightness of the Tritium dot and phosphor luminescent paint, as well as the sight picture for quick target acquisition and aiming. However, the rear sight dovetail is 5/100 mm larger than the stock Glock plastic rear sight, making installation challenging. I was unable to install it using a Delrin punch and hammer, and a screw press sight installation tool wouldn't have worked either. My neighbor, an NCIS Special Agent, whose father is a skilled gunsmith, had to trim the steel with a diamond-coated file before he could install it with his professional tool. Despite the installation difficulties, I now love the sights. The front sight was easy to swap, requiring just a thin-walled 3/16" socket and medium-strength 242 Blue Locktite. However, the rear sight is not a DIY project and requires professional gunsmithing work to install, even with a screw sight press.

I purchased these sights for my newly acquired Glock 17, which previously had XS Big Dot Sights installed. Although the XS sights are good, I wanted more precision in my shooting. After installing these sights, I went to the shooting range and was instantly impressed with my decision. These front sights are among the quickest for me to focus on, and I'm now considering installing them on my M&P Shield as well. These are fantastic sights and you won't regret your purchase.

I previously used a similar sight on my Glock 43, but it lacked a rear sight enhancement. It's ideal for compact Glock pistols used for concealed carry. The Tritium front dot with a yellow square outline, paired with the yellow cross bar rear sight, allows for a quick and straightforward sight picture. In complete darkness, the front dot is only visible for reactive shooting, but a brief exposure to light, such as from a flashlight, charges the luminous yellow paint on both front and rear sights, making them visible if needed.

If you're struggling to see your front sights clearly, consider switching to a new sight, especially in low light environments. As I got older, I learned the importance of utilizing available options. While lasers are convenient, they can be useless when the battery runs out. The AmerGlo GL-614 is a dependable option, with bright sights that can be seen 24/7 for at least 10 years, even in complete darkness. The three-dot system is sufficient for most people, but I personally prefer larger dots. Nonetheless, it's better than nothing and reliable.

Bought cap sights for my EDC Glock 19 gen 4.Great combat style night sights for those that do not like three-dot sights like me and for a reasonable price cheaper than many of the other night sights out there. Waited a while to post review had them on for months now still holding up great and they fit into every holster I own....remember they are on my EDC not on a safe queen and they hold up great. I will definitely put ameriglo cap sights on my other Glocks!

these ameriglo cap sights are good, but the rearview does not have a 24hr glow as the front sight you must charge the views for them to glow bright the rearview does glow when charged for > 20secs I have no timed them to see how long the brightness last, these are defensive sights for quick sight acquisition would I repurchase them, yes giving four stars because you have to charge the rear sight to glow everything else is good for the money consider XS Big dot similar more expensive version, again always be safe with CCW, I put these on my Glock 26

Love the simplicity of a small rear line to line up with a titanium hi-viz front sight. Easy to install with a quality rear sight tool and a 3/16 precision driver. I recommend the sight-tool.com gen four sight tool, and any small precision 3/16 driver will work. Very happy with the sights.

LOVE these sights! Very quick to pick up in daylight or night. A quick charge under a light and the rest glows brightly for hours, but the cut of the rear, size of the notch, etc. works so well with the square front sight, it's not even needed to line up sight picture in the dark. These will include the only sights I buy from now on!

I use the green Ameriglo cap sights on all of my carry pistols. I have installed many sets for other people as well.
