I love this Magpul stock and forend set. I have it on my Remington 870 and couldn't be happier with it's fit, function and performance! This is what I chose for my home defense shotgun setup. I like the option for mounting Magpul M-Lok rails (or MOE Rails), accessories, and just how it suits all my needs. I have a Tac-light installed on mine. If you're looking for reliability, quality, and optional mounting solutions, this is a great choice.

Remington 870 Magpul furniture The Remington 870 Magpul furniture is a lot better than the original one on my shotgun. The fit was a little snug. I had to tap it on with a hammer. Probably would have gone on smoother if I was putting it on an 870 but i put it on an H & R Pardner Pump Protector.

The Magpul 870 Stock installed fine on my 870DM, but the handguard will not fit, won't clear mag release. Will require some redesign from Magpul on the handguard. I was returning handguard for a refund—otherwise, great MSP service and Magpul products.

I installed this Magpul 870 stock and forend set on a late '60s 870 slug gun, 4+1, no magazine tube extension. This gun was bought new and never altered. The factory wooden stock was starting to crack from age, so I went with MAGPUL since I have other products made by them. The gray color works fine since the gun is blued and not matt finish. I had no problems or fit issues, and the gun is functioning as smoothly as ever — another good product by MAGPUL.

This is just another proven MAGPUL product. The ergo's are excellent, the butt pad is soft enough to dampen recoil enough to shoot 12gauge 2 3/4 slugs and buckshot all day without bruising your shoulder. Super easy to install, just make sure you have a forend removal tool. The stock has two sling attachment points, and the forend is M-LOK compatible, which is a great starting point for adding flash lights, and sling pivots.

I recently purchased the Magpul 870 stock and forend set and forend for my Remington Tactical Express. As with other Magpul products that I own, these parts were solidly built and very easy to install. The ergonomics of the Magpul part were superior to the originals. The forend has a flare on the back that makes pulling the slide back easier and prevents pinching your hand between the forend and receiver. The buttstock: 1) is heavier than the original to improve balance and reduce perceived recoil, 2) sports a pistol grip with a better angle than the original, and 3) has a cushier recoil pad than the original. The spacers for the buttstock let me get the pull just right. Overall, the gun looks and works better after the upgrade. Another great job from Magpul!

I bought this set to upgrade my Remington 870 Express Tactical and couldn't be happier! The forend comes with a little polymer hand wrench to assist in swapping out the stock one, and the stock fits perfectly. This Magpul 870 stock set dramatically improves the look, feel, and overall ergonomics of the shotgun, which is what I was after. The spacers for the stock are excellent and allow the user to get a personalized length of pull. Overall I am delighted with this upgrade and will recommend it to anyone with an 870.
