I have a arms 40l rear sight mounted on my other AR. It is a good back up sight. It is similar to the rear sight of the A2, minus the elevation, with distance flip-up view apertures. I'd regard that as a significant upgrade. It's practical, functional, well designed, and it's good.

This arms 40l rear sight is made from quality materials and workmanship here in the USA. It was a precision fit, and packaged with pride too. This is the only low profile flip-up rear sight to have if you are a competitive shooter and enjoy fine quality in your equipment.

I have these AR BUIS on three of my duty weapons. They are precise, durable, and innovative. The ARMS flip up rear sight are the perfect height for co-witnessing with your optics. They provide precise enough sight picture for tight groups at the range, yet allow fast transition at close range when necessary. I would never head into a Hot Zone without them.

Installed these AR Sights on a Del-Ton Dissipater HB upper; co-witnessed with an EOTech 512. No adjustments needed, was dead-on at 100 yards. This is the second one of these I've purchased for personal use, and it's the one flip-up rear sight we used to recommend when I worked at a commercial shooting range/gun retailer. Yeah - it's a little bit pricey, but it's packed with features, it's rugged and reliable. This is the one to get - why not start with the one you'll wind up with?

I already own one of these ARMS #40L Flip Up Rear AR Sight and plan to get another one for my other ar. ARMS make a quality AR sight with a low profile so I can leave my red dot mounted or see-through without removing it. I quickly flip us too. I didn't need much adjustment. This Rear sight lined up great with my yhm front flip AR sight at 50 yds and maintained accuracy with the same plane peep sights.
