I mount a Holosun HS507C to my Glock 17 (the Holosun uses an RMR footprint) with the Dueck Defense RBU2. It was moderately easy to install, though I had to get different mounting screws--the ones that came with it were too long for the sight. You'll need shorter #6 screws; I think 1/4" long. It has held up well through a few hundred rounds so far. One of these days I'll turn the sight off and try the backup sight feature, but this is easier and faster than getting your slide milled, especially if you're on the fence about the MRDS concept and don't want to modify anything yet permanently.
